Not happy about this, 1 7 yr old really wanted a gold shirt! 3 months to decide they're not going to bother is really poor form!

Oh dear, glad I never bother with these.
Maybe its about time we looked further than Cardiff for our shirt supplier or CH needs to look for a better option than importing them from china.

Absolute farce.
I hope they knock at least £10 off the jerseys next season after this.
It's likely I won't be bothering anymore after this shambles.

There's a half decent shirt supplier just up the M1. No such problems in Sheffield.

What with the Maroon (what colour???)being returned because of the dye running into the white AND shirts not arriving.Do you give this company another chance? ...no.
Our colours are Black/White and Gold....but the Gold is being left out.Solely I guess to appease the poor efforts of those who cannot come up with the goods.
If the Maroon had not been sold as yet I guess that they instead of the Gold would have been sacrificed but now the team colour of Gold goes off the order sheet.
Now we will see a team play in a colour you cant buy?
Highlights the problem of being far too greedy in doing 4 shirts.

Hmmm, as someone who has played for hockey teams that used Rhino and seen our jersey runs 'dropped' so Mr Smith can prioritise replicas for rotund Steelers fans, I wouldn't say his company a shining example of reliability. Also, indirectly fund Steelers? I'd rather ask the woman who sits in Block 12 to knit me a jersey like hers.

Absolutely poor beyond words. Hope the rest of the business is run better. Remember Blaze a couple of years ago? I recall that there was some problem last year too with late arrivals being held up at customs. I wonder. Anyway, I wanted a gold shirt so I think I'll opt for my money back. I won't be fobbed off next season either cos I wont be ordering one.

Enjoy your wait, while I'm sat here with a full choice of all 3 shirts in whatever size I want. It's nothing new with CH, it's been happening years. You'll not change provider and those who say they won't buy will just return like lapdogs next season.

That is the advantage of there being almost zero demand Whilst CH will take the blame, I can't help thinking that offering a choice of 4 jerseys to begin with was OTT.

I really can't get my head around whats happening with the jerseys this season, i know CH have had problems in the past with delivery times but any delay has been mostly down to the goods clearing customs and not a supply issue, the company in Pakistan (unless they've changed supplier) they use to maufacture the jerseys certainly have the operation to deal with orders far bigger orders than this.

One for you and one each for the empty seats at the side of you. Double whammy, (a) looks like there are more fans in the tin shed and (b) makes it look like you have 2 fwends

Big OG from Panthers on this whole sorry subject.... I don't think you can blame Panthers for this. Do you really think that Gary Moran wants all this bad PR and potential lost revenue? I'm sure it's completely out of their hands

I'm sure it's completely out of their hands Maybe not for the supply problems but how have they handled the fall out over the past couple of months? A couple of brief website items, something tucked away in an email newsletter and no full explanation. Panthers are very keen to do 'aren't we great?' items but this doesn't extend to when they ought to hold their hands up and apologise.

Well, being as we've had the same supplier for lord knows how long, that's a bit harsh. I hope that whoever wrote the contract this year had some pretty hefty "non delivery" penalties in there. I'd expect anyone ordering a gold shirt to be given an exclusive item or something like that for their troubles.
But yes, it's a SNAFU all round. No-one comes out of this with any kudos at all. Pity the poor shop staff who now have to make the calls and do the explaining.

This is all an absolute farce, were sales figures surprising to them? Did they not see the start of the season coming?

Well, being as we've had the same supplier for lord knows how long, that's a bit harsh. It'll be interesting to see if they remain our supplier next year.
