As per the last couple of seasons! 2013/2014 Fixtures for Microsoft OutlookInstructions: First save the excel spreadsheet on your computer. Go to your Outlook calendar and select File / Import and Export (upto Outlook 2007) File / Open / Import (Outlook 2010 onwards) and a box will open. Select Import from another program or file Next Select Comma Separated Values (Windows) Next Import file – use the browse button to select the file from where you saved it Options - If you have not put in any fixtures yet this section will not matter. If you have then choose the selection you want Next Select Calendar as your destination Next Finish The fixtures should then appear in your Outlook. Errors/Cockups etc. Excepted! (Please let me know though!) I've used faceoff time from the EIHL website as at today 17/6 less and hour for start time! So I'd double check away games! Any TBC times I've used the day of the week and normal face off time as a guide. Just doing some research into best way to provide import for iOS and Android Calendars, hopefully these should follow later today....

Cheers Matt, saved me a lot of effort
Just a thought, is it possible to have a category colour set up so that Panthers fixtures could be quickly identified amongst the rest of our busy lives, or even two colours one for home and one for away. Gold and black.......

Yep, Android would be good if you can do it, so I can sync into my g-calender. Cheers

Gold and black....... I think you have to do category colour yourself once you're in Outlook, at least that's what I've found everytime I've tried! (All mine are Gold!)

Matt, Not very tech myself, as when I open yours some columns are not showing or hold some asterisk format etc...I suppose its something to do with all that operational stuff you show you have to do first. Hee (sorry, told you I was not tech) BUT I do have the 'official spread sheet' now if you want a copy, but will need your email PM'd to me in order to send this on to you.
Same with anyone else if they want one.It shows the whole fixtures AND the clubs separate with note towards TBC games.
Cheers.

A lot of the columns contain nothing as they aren't needed to import what we need into Outlook. The ones showing asterisk are just because the column isn't wide enough in your copy of excel. I'll PM you my email to see if there is anything in the official one that can improve the import.

Hi Matt Is there a way to sync Outlook Calendar to my iphone 4S ? Thanks. I think there is but as an Android user it'll take me some research! I think iOS has a calendar app that allows it to sync to the Apple cloud, I would assume there is an add on for Outlook to sync to it too...

It shows either the whole seasons fixtures , individual club (home/away/combined)and club face off times for particular days. Marks 'to be confirmed' dates/times also.

Hi Matt, copied the instructions but nothing appears on my calander, do you have to restart the PC for it to take effect. Odd. Shouldn't need to. Did you select the right calendar to import to? It all goes well until it comes to the file from import. I have saved the file to my docs, but when I click for it to go, it says there is no file, but I can see it and it opens. Maybe a problem with my PC. I will keep on trying it. I had another go, putting it in a different folder and a new folder, still the same result. It says "no items match your search".

I don't think apart from the TBC times (which Outlook wouldn't be able to handle, hence making an assumption on them) I'm not sure what I'm missing then? Remember that spreadsheet is entirely intended to populate the Outlook calendar, and give you something which looks a bit like this:

Your probably right Matt. But it's here if you or anyone else wants it...holds 'other' teams detail and such.
