From OS:
The Panthers are still working on pre-season games but those plans are progressing well and the curtain raisers to this coming season will be worth watching too, added Moran.
Sounds good ....

Sounds good .... Giants have said they are waiting to finalise things with their opponents for pre season, so perhaps a repeat of last years games are planned.

Only just over half of home games on Saturday night (55%) and some of those will probably change...

Giants have now announced a pre season game against Tilburg Trappers on 1st September. Tilburg are also playing Braehead on 31st August in Glasgow.

still totally underwhelmed by the prospect of this season. Really? I think it's shaping up to be the best standard of hockey for quite a few years...

Im looking forward to the season now the fixtures are announced. Last season i attended one of the 6 home games against stars/ flyers as, well they didn't appeal as being the most competitive games. i think i only went to a few of the stingrays/ caps games for similar reasons. So seeing more fixtures against our strongest rivals (over previous years) looks far more appealing this coming season.
Add to this a proper Belfast weekend this season with plenty of time to book flights and put money aside for it and the fixtures look pretty good to me!

Wish they'd try a double header in Cardiff for a change, the Belfast one has been done to death!

Really pleased about the double header against Belfast and the tour's of Scotland will have to wait and see what kind of deal the Supporters Club can sort out. Really looking forwards to it.

6 home Sunday games though,...Boo. Much as I'd like to see 0 Sunday games, I'd guess 6 is about par for a normal season? And, 4 Friday nights which is a plus in my book. Quite looking forward to it all again, gets me every year. 2 months to go...

We may be playing Belfast and one other team in a "challenge" tourney over August Bank Holiday weekend.

still totally underwhelmed by the prospect of this season. Lee, when you make comments like that I imagine you with slouched shoulders and with a dark rain cloud over your head! I don't mean any offence by this. I hope you regain your love of the sport and our team before long. I also hope that as many seasons watching the Panthers as you have don't do the same to me!

Paid £44.99 for my Belfast SPD weekend tickets.
Cheaper than what I paid last year.

Well I'm not surprised your underwhelmed, you never returned after the two weekend defeats to Belfast last year. I'm actually surprised you still come on here to discuss the Panthers. Maybe you will get the love back or maybe not.

Anyone know why Belfast, Sheffield and Nottingham have no fixtures allocated for the weekend of November 10th/11th?
