So then less than 72 hours to go until the 1st leg faces off. (from my post time)
Hopefully Panthers aren't leaving it too late to travel up, as don't want to hear "bus legs" being used an excuse for a first leg defeat.
Ideally Panthers should be coming back for the 2nd leg on level terms at worst, but we all know Braehead are a dangerous team to face, especially on their own ice....
Wonder how many fans we'll take up, as due to it being on a work night for most people, and only being a few days away to make arrangements, it will be tricky for most...

If anyone can give me a lift to Braehead could you please PM me. I will of course contribute to fuel costs.

I hear a couple of the players are non to pleased about the travel arrangements to Braehead. They wanted to go on Monday but have been told they will travel on game day. Nothing like a good bit of preparation for the playoffs eh.

I think we will win this by 2 and then easy win at home for second leg then out go the purple steelers and bring on the teal ones

The clan suddenly finding there form again , I can see this going right down to penalties , will the 100+ point Galbraith hold the key to the whole tie? Bring it on

I do not feel confident going into this. Clan are going to be tough to break.

didn't realise they beat steelers last night with the back up in, and playing without Bannister and krestanovich!!!
this will not be easy at all.

Wish I was going. I'd have happily given you a lift Jono. Do Braehead do a webcast? Unfortunately don't do webcasts, wish all the teams in the league would do them. Think clubs are worried that they will loose people attending. But can't see it myself as great for away fans to view. And revenue for clubs.

I've always said the league should do a webcast service for every game.. Only takes 2 people at each game 1 with a camera n one a mic and at least 10 people would probably buy a webcast each game that's say 50-100 pound per game depending on pricing. So that's a minimum of £5000 profit from the service that's not taking in to account the big games where 100s of people will buy them

Just got this awful gut feeling that the Clan could do us over this year and Mr Galbraith to put us out. If we come away from Braehead with a one or two goal margin either way we may be OK but any more than that and we'll struggle,

Is anything actually happening in this game? 0-0 and 2 penalties going into the 3rd? Or is it a good night for both netminders?

Galbraith scores, why havn't we flattened him by now, he won't play when it gets rough. We never seem to learn.

Really? I mean we always do terrible in Braehead. Was expecting a draw at best, a loss was always more likely. I think we'll pull it back at Nottingham
