still a fair way to go yet, panthers could even nick 2nd spot - and end up playing hull...
I can't see the league winners and runners up having any problems disposing of the 7th / 8th place finishers anywayz...
Panthers should have Coventry's number and yes I would rather play them over Braehead.
It would be nice to also see our sister team make it to the play off finals weekend, so would be happy if it does end up devils v braehead in one of the quarter final match ups. Also easier for our fans travel wise to make it to the away leg, if it is against coventry or Hull.

I'd prefer us to have finished first and be playing a push over like 8th place.
Anyway, all that matters is that quarter final sells out so i guess the club would like blaze to as they will bring more fans

I said a while ago Clan would finish above Blaze, and their four point weekend against them pushes them up the table, and with games in hand.

We have a strange record against Coventry this season but i would prefer them to Braehead or Cardiff in the playoffs, i don't think many on here would disagree?

Statistically our records against the other teams are...
Won 40% against Belfast Won 57% against Coventry Won 67% against Cardiff Won 67% against Braehead Won 83% against Sheffield Won 100% against Edinburgh Won 100% against Fife Won 100% against Hull Won 100% against Dundee
So we can either push for second place and play a team we have a perfect record against, or drop down the table to play Sheffield and stop them getting to finals weekend ;D

It usually works the higher you finish in the league (1st to 4th) the easier the game you should face. it would probly be Panthers v shuff with a 5pm face off, if the teams finsh 2nd & 3rd in either order & get past their QF games. (obviously this is based on assumptions at this stage....)
Unfortunately forest v brizzle city in the footy has been rearranged to 5.20pm on the Easter Saturday to suit sky tv.
