Everyone tells me hockey skates are better to learn in than the ordinary skates, so....... Has anyone got a pair of size 4 hockey skates to sell?
Now don't laugh but a bunch of us 'oldies' (well we are all over 50) are going to have a course of skating lessons, so we can perform better at future 'Sponsor's skate with the players'. ;D
Should be funny to watch us falling over:)
(Mick I know you have 5's but I want to try a 4 too).

Bought some CCM skates today. Little feet managed to easily fit a size 3 so didn't have to pay adult price

Think the hockey must be a bit dull this year. I'll be interested to see how you get on with the skating - I really ought to have a go at that as well.

How much are the skating lessons - I'm looking to buy a pair and to learn to skate as well - figured that if I'm emigrating to Canada being able to skate might be a good idea - but the rental skates at the NIC cripple me - I manage half a lap before descending into major cramp in the bridges of my feet!!!

The cost is £45 for six half-hour lessons.
