It won't be 10-1 this time but a win is a must. I can see a good 4-1 win with it being tight for 2 periods.
Wilson versus Farmer part 2 would be fun

Panthers win 6-2. You can never rule Blaze out, but unless their defense gets sorted out, their going to hit trouble I think.

While I think the Panthers should get the points here, I can only imagine the Blaze will be coming in to restore a little pride following their drubbing in the cup. I can't imagine that Thommo won't have done something to tighten up the defence.
Could be a tough, hard-hitting game with the odd scrap or two; Blaze might score a couple, but I think the Panthers should get 4-6 in return.

Saw two sides of Blaze on Saturday. The positive side saw a mobile team dominate large periods of play on Sheffields large ice surface but some crazy defending and highly suspect netminding saw Blaze walk away with nothing.
Cant see us getting a result at the NIC this time around. Infact I can't see us getting a result in the NIC whilst Neilson is coach - he really does have Thommo sussed!

I hate to bring this up but I can remember going almost a season and a half where the Blaze beat us home and away in fact i stopped going to the Skydome because I hated loosing there so much.... until that is Thommo decided to call us team Hollywood just before a match at the NIC and we promptly beat them 4-0 and Horseman did the 'easy easy' on the steps of block 11, since then we have beaten them more times than I can remember and the scores keeps getting higher and higher. I couldnt believe it when we won 10-1 a couple of weeks ago I think we made them look very poor but I dont think we will see that scoreline again for a long time, so with that in mind and us missing Heerema I think a 6-3 Panthers win. (Lucky 6)

Which is both nice and curious to hear... the most-criticised coach in the EIHL having dominance over the most-lauded coach in the league! It's a funny old game...

Hirsch to have a tantrum
Tommo/Chabot to call the offsides all night
Panthers to win 5-1
Would like to see Wilson v Farmer as i missed the Cup game but would imagine our D men will be on a leash with being a bit short on numbers at the back

Imagine if Santos were told they weren't allowed to play Pele because he was 15 lol. I'm thinking this will be a very close game as Blaze will want to put the Cup match behind them. Panthers to win with an empty netter or on penalties. Although I hope we thoroughly trounce them again Maybe Lepine to have his first tilt of the season...

Maybe Lepine to have his first tilt of the season... That would be great but I can't see any of the Blaze having the necessaries. Farmer will probably have another go with someone.

I can't see Lepine fighting against Blaze, we need him on the ice for all the game.
Going with 6-4 to Panthers

Doesn't have much to do with the game itself but I'm not sure why the Child Protection Laws would stop him being able to dress. When I read it I thought I'd heard of a county cricketer debuting at 15 this season. I googled it and I was right. Maybe it has something to do with the hours he will be 'working' or the nature of hockey as opposed to cricket but it does seem puzzling.
