www.mypantherstickets.comLooks like it's down right now, at least for me. Log in with your Member number off the back of your season ticket, then once you go into the game it should tell you that you have a reservation for the game and give you the option to purchase it. You can also add friends and family if you know their member number so you can do multiple ST seats on one transaction. At least that's how it worked last season! HTH and that the site comes back up!

Doesn't seem to be working that way at the moment, I can't find any way of getting a message about a reservation, if it gets to the end of the month I'd be inclined to phone them!

Odd,
I've just logged in with my details from last season (which are the same this!) and the reservations are available for the Coventry game when I click 'choose seats'

Not got my ST yet so couldn't even do that Online myself.......I had gone down to pick them up yet they have the wrong name on one AGAIN. What part of a covering letter did they not understand that said 'please amend to DAVID 'X'.....why change it from last years user PETER 'X' (who now can't attend) to my deceased ex who came two seasons back........nothing changes.

Is there something special you have to do to it? So when you hit 'choose seats' it shows you a screen which says If you have a reservation it will be listed, otherwise select seats. then lists your season ticket info below it? Tick the box by the line and hit 'add to basket' Like the image below?

It's a very pretty picture but for some reason they don't let me see it! I'll keep an eye on the site and if I get no joy I'll just give them a ring. Thanks for that though.

I honetly don't think they read half the form, let alone a covering letter. Pretty poor customer service, Have a go at them on the phone, they might give you the cup game free as compensation. What rate are you charged if you phone up? just intrested to know?

Just ordered stand alone seat for the blaze cc game, £1.50 booking fee and £1.95 postage. I thought the postage was steep so removed it and went for collection and it came up saying it had added £1.95 for collection? How can they charge you for picking them up? That is awful customer service, from now one will be going down and paying cash as and when I can.

Do they still offer "print at home"? And do they still charge for that too?

My other half is going to town at the weekend so he's going to pick them up but interestingly I added him on the friends and family option and now when I click 'choose seats' for the Coventry game his reservation comes up but mine doesn't and it's my bloomin' account! I've sent an e-mail to the address on the site but it's bounced so I suspect I'll have to ring them when I get a few minutes. What a pallava!

I think it's before that, when they're in the basket but before the checkout, get a drop down with "Paper ticket" and "e Ticket" in it. Not that it matters though, having just done it, they are still charging for print at home. A single charge of £1.95 for the transaction (I got tickets for Cardiff and Covo at the same time), but still, £1.95 to use my own paper and ink?

The only option you should have to pay for is the postage and that shouldn't be nearly two quid. What's the cost of a first class stamp? Everyone who uses it is going to select postage as the cost is the same but the other two require more resource and effort. This way at least you are making them do something for their daylight robbery.

I doubt it's anything to do with the club, presumably the NIC or SeeTickets getting their pound of flesh.

Well done people, go down, pay in cash, you know it makes sense!
Also boycott the beer, force them to reduce the price!
It's amazing how much you save over a season doing this, doesn't hurt the Panthers either so win / win!

It's amazing how much you save over a season doing this, doesn't hurt the Panthers either so win / win! You are right about the tickets Pantherdman. If it is possible for people going down and paying in cash is definately the best way. You are completely wrong about the beer. A). It's not even that expensive. B). Due to the make up of our fan base (A large percentage of fans use the Ice Hockey as the start of a night on the beer) people will always buy the beer at whatever price. C). I like having a beer while I watch the Ice Hockey so I will buy one. Life is too short to worry about 50p here and there. If you want a beer while watching the match just buy one.

I think it would be more than 50p with the amount you drink.
