Phew had a few reservations but glad to be proven wrong. Now weve got to keep this "run" up as bar the 2 steelers cup games weve got a run of fixtures where we need to win at least 90% if not all of them to be sure of a title challenge

Forgot about the Braehead mid week, thats good going in 5 days, Nikalov must be knackered as he hasn't had time to catch breath since he arrived and don't think he's played much up to signing for us. Well Done Lads.

I cannot believe (accodring to EIHL website) that 1400 people are watching the game at the Hull Arena tonight...how many visitors did the Panthers take to swell the crowd tonight I bet thats the biggest crowd ever seen at Hull! Little do you know!

I would also like to apologize for the numerous Hull fans that booed your MOM Jade Galbraith as much as people dont like him he was the best player for the Panthers! Having said that the same people that booed him did clap your full team off the ice!

I mean it maybe unsportsman of them to do it but they pay for their tickets and are entitled to express their opionions - at least your fans stop around after the game no matter the result to see your team off unlike other teams.....

Enjoyed the trip to Hull tonight, they seem to have a pretty decent team, certainly gave us a run for our money.

We also enjoyed the game tonight and it certainly was a lot better display than we saw a lot of the time last season. Good crowd, wouldn't have taken much more for a sell out. Good atmosphere too. Didn't have the chips this time as we had a superb meal in the Whittington. Highly recommended.

Hull were 100%better than I expected. They also had a very impressive work ethic and nastiness to their game. Looking at their roster on paper, I didnt expect to see a niggle or a hit all night, but credit to them, they had a good go.

Hull were a much improved side on previous visits to the Hull arena...Panthers had to work for everything tonight Stingrays were niggling away at everything we did, their goalie is very good as well made some blinding saves at times.
Ryans goal was a beauty took it from our goal line past 3 Hull players and ripped it in the top corner just inside the Hull blueline..boom. Jade's goal was a good hit as well.
Good crowd as well and good atmosphere...i've never seen the pre game queue that big before a Hull game before.

Am I right in saying that the new owners of Hull have been able to pump a little more money into the player budget. If so then it certainly seems to be paying off with an increase in attendances. Well done to them.

Well done to them. I thought they had an even better roster before they nearly went bust and lost a couple of players to other teams???

Nikalov must be knackered as he hasn't had time to catch breath since he arrived and don't think he's played much up to signing for us. The thing is Nikolov plays in such a relaxed and calm fashion that he gives me the impression he has barely broken sweat yet I think he has taken it all in his stride tbh
