im not sure but it depends on your block.... I think V is the back row though.... probably best to count down from there rather than up from cos not all blocks start at A.
I think I or J sounds about right though.

We are in block 14 row F which is the first row down from the concourse. Hope that helps.

Theres no seating plan online as the seating available changes for each kind of event.
The seating layout for Hockey is different to the seating layout for a concert.

Just thought i could find a plan with the rows lettered in each block I'm certain I've seen a PDF before with that image on it, can't for the life of me find it now though. I'm also certain that in the box office they have the exact same seating map in paper form, because I was shown where my seats would be once when buying playoff weekend tickets. So the pillock you spoke to is just that, I'd try them again. With accessibility being such a big deal I'd be amazed if they couldn't find that out for you.

The only seating plan i've ever seen for the NIC is in the box office when you buy you're tickets. I sit on row G and that is exactly level with the bottom of the stairwells.

This is what I was told when I made almost the exact same enquiry as yourself.

I sit on row G and that is exactly level with the bottom of the stairwells. ...and in Block 5.Row H is level with the stairs.Having walked in via the doors then stepped up to the area where the stairs that drop from the top (v) meet the blue rail. Does that make sense? So when we leave we walk along our row and only have to step down those 3 little steps to the entrance concorse area.

Row G is the favourite one to ask for and next to that of course is H. Both of these have been used by friends who are not so mobile.

There is a printed plan of the arena available,i asked for one last year at the box office and was given a copy. Row G is the one right at concourse level.
