Looks like I'm stuck with non-replica silver Take heart Lucy - you'll be distinctive and distinguished with your silver cresting - could be a collectors item in years to come. Think I'll stick with the older designs and give the new shirts a miss.

Is it silver or is it yellow?

Surely seeing as you purchased a replica shirt, that's exactly what you paid for and it is what you should get. Did they inform you that the cresting would be different font & colour? If they did then legally you do not have a leg to stand on. However, if they did not then you do have a case. Just a thought Lucy.

I wasn't given the option of yellow or silver but I expected them to do it correctly. My guess is that the Panthers didn't inform them of the change of colour from last year's silver to this year's yellow, and now no-one will accept responsibility. I don't know how many others have been done in silver and how many other fans are unhappy about it.

No one will accept responsability? The only power left to us mere fans, is to vote with our pocket. They'll soon alter their shady ways if fans stop parting with their hard earned money.

A peice of advice for any peeps going to get a new replica shirt. Give them a once over before buying, the Trent FM logo on mine is all a quiff, one up one down, plus because its gone over the double edges, it hasn't been stitched at all, so it was slightly flapping.... was going to take it back, but alas none left to change it for. So out came me needle and cotton. Also when we were browsing at some other shirts, one had the Panthers logo on upside down.....very different, the lad in the shop took it off the rail so don't worry peeps you won't be buying that one. But never the less, love the new shirts, but just check them, better to be safe than sorry.

With regards to the silver printing I don't think the shop is to blame. . .I think there may have been some crossed wires somewhere along the lines. I believe the shop, do as they are told so to speak as with regards to the Panthers & Panthers merchandise. Can see why you're so unhappy Lucy but I think the answers to this misunderstanding lies beyond the shop's control.

So, if it's beyond the shop's control, I wonder who is going to accept responsibility, apologise and give me a new shirt

That is excellent news. Are they going to do that for everybody, as I noticed a hell of a lot of people wearing the new jerseys with silver lettering on Saturday?

Damn, I'm going to try and get mine in as well then, Silver, not good.
I assume they are re-printingin Gold now?
Are the Panthers still thinking of changing the numbers/letters style or colours, or is the yellow we have seen here to stay?

take it you will be saying sorry to the shop then lucy? What on earth has Lucy got to apologise for? She's been given the wrong product and had to do a lot of runing round and hassle before somebody has eventually agreed to correct it. I'm glad that it's now sorted but I fail to see why anybody in Lucy's situation should feel the need to apologise. It was harldy her fault that nobody would initially take responsibility for the mess!
