Those on the back of Pidge's shirt are at least Gold, not silver like mine. They do seems a bit big, but is it just because he has a smaller shirt on? Can't tell size of it, but it looks smaller than a players shirt.
Mine is hugh, fits over my kit and the letters on mine are way smaller than those of the players!

Have been to the shop today, to be told that the numbers and letters currently on the players shirts are not the correct ones, and will be re-done. It would seem they are to be gold with a silver trim. I didn't get a choice when I bought my shirt, so as far as I'm concerned that still makes my silver ones wrong

If the rink shop showed even a small degree of knowledge about the panthers I would. You would assume the shop that SELLS the replica shirts by order of THE PANTHERS.... would get it right. Everyone understands its difficult to get shirts in. Even Hull are having major traumas and they only have to come from GOOLE! Lucy.... and many others gripe seems to be they cant get their act together and do a decent job printing them... They cant even be bothered to check the colour. Ill 'Support my local rink shop' when they do as good job as puckstop for the shirt printing, and skate sharpening. I mean... god forbid the NATIONAL ice centre have a daily facility for skate sharpening. I mean if the NIC dont do it, you wouldnt think that a small outlet on a sheffelid industrial estate would do it... would you?

SUPPORT your rink shop, from one happy panthers fan I was informed that the shop is in charge of all the ordering now..not the Panthers. That is the deal Panthers struck last year.. they get a commission instead. That is why the shop now sells more lines. they have the choice and they take the flack if the goods do not sell. Granted the printing colour was lack of communication on both parts. We should be happy that we are at least getting some shirts. I think Belfast and Sheffield would gladly swap our situation on the shirts to theirs.

I do buy things from the rink shop. But the Jersey numbers are ORDERED BY THE RINK SHOP.

To be honest, I've not used the rink shop in ages. Everytime I go in they either never have my size, or they just can't get things right.
I have phoned ahead in the past and been told the good were there, then been in and found something different. Don't get me wrong, I would love a new Panthers shirt, and I would love to have it personalised, but I think I'll stick to the auctions for now.
I have also developed a taste for Czech ExtraLiga shirts, Russian HighLeague shirts and AHL/ECHL shirts. Plenty to keep me busy for now.

I phoned the shop today to be told they do not have any adult away shirts. They have been informed by GM that the next batch of 500 could arrive before next weekend.
I wanted a shirt for Rouen.

YOU HAVE MISSED THE POINT,you are blaming the person in front of you, not the source of the problem.

YOU HAVE MISSED THE POINT,you are blaming the person in front of you, not the source of the problem. That's the way of the world in a customer-facing business - the person at the sharp end sometimes has to take the flak for management cockerel ups and on the other side the only point of contact frustrated customers normally have in the first instance is the person standing in front of them. This is not something peculiar to the NIC shop and Panthers fans, it is just the way things work out. If you buy a bad pint in a pub, who do you go and complain to? I bet it's the guy behind the bar. Not his fault though is it?

I phoned the shop today to be told they do not have any adult away shirts. They have been informed by GM that the next batch of 500 could arrive before next weekend. I wanted a shirt for Rouen. There was an article about this on the official site last week saying that the main batch of jerseys should hopefully arrive for Tuesday. I guess they may not get into the shop until WEdnesday as they'll need to be tagged up same as the last lot. Unfortunately as the shop closes at 5pm that may not be any use to most of us working plebs...

fully understand that twix, but dosen,t make it right for people to come on sites like this have a go and not have someone put over the point that the shop staff arn,t blame for everthing that goes wrong. just that people are quick to blame on this site and not so fast to post a sorry

just that people are quick to blame on this site and not so fast to post a sorry Maybe so, but under consumer protection legislation it's the point of sale that is responsible for righting the wrongs - the shop sold the goods, if they are faulty then they have to put them right even if it isn't their fault in the first place. What is lacking in many issues concerning Panthers is the prompt release of information. When information is lacking then people will draw their own conclusions.
