Totally agree Jono. Makes much more sense and it really is getting boring when the wage cap is mentioned every time a player is signed.

It does when you are the big fish, having been a small fish it feels pretty crappy to be honest. As much as i think the wagecap is a joke and every year teams find different ways to take the pee (a la cornish for tess saga) at least it gives the illusion of parity and stops teams signing teams which the smaller teams have absolutely no chance of competing with and for that alone it imho is worth maintaining. Oh and it gives us (and fans of other teams too) a reason for why we have been beat!!!!...

good interview, was a joy to watch and easily my favourite of that season.
Would love to see Bran back at some point if his knee holds out

Good interview. Shame for the lad that he has to take a year off. Hopefully he will be ok for the season after.

Interesting his point on the officiating over here - something some of us have pointed out before but not without getting flamed for doing so... nice to hear it from the horse's mouth so to speak.

As Jay said above, he has completed another article, and it's a bit huge to be honest. An interview with Panthers legend Greg Hadden (Link below). Greg Hadden Interview

Really enjoyed reading that, brought back some happy memories.
If these old player interviews are to become regular, would it be possible for you to let us know in advance who you will be interviewing so we could submit some questions?
I would love to have heard Greg's version of the evening after we lost the playoff final in Manchester to Sheffield.....

Are these interviews just questions sent to the player via email for him to answer or done by phone? Just wondering..
