My guess is that Forest will play a second string for this game. If so it's a waste of money for Forest fans to attend.

I hope not, the only fans who stood up for the people in our section of the ground have been given banning orders. To be fair theyve been looking to catch out the people concerned for a long time. As funny as it all was (out of the 100s of people on the pitch only a handful were over 18 and even less actually threw anything resembling a punch, I hope the game is a better game and theres no repeat of the stupidity. Lets hope someone actually informs the police theres a game on aswell Forest V Notts would be a Cat B game in policing terms and if there were no bobbies there last summer, Notts' FIO probably got duff intel lol.

Its taking shape down at the Lane, Nowland and Hamshaw will be more creative than what we are used to and in Forrester we have a proven goalscorer.
Much like Corey for the Panthers, Notts are signing guys with specific roles in mind

Russell Hoult signs a 2year deal for Notts. Id say weve got 2 of the top 6/7 keepers in the league now and with Hunt,Johnson,Tann and Edwards weve got some of the best defenders aswell.
I refuse to get my hopes up but im very happy with the team shape so far

Fresh from our success on Countdown we have been invited to appear on lesser programme Sky Sports against Brentford in October.

so sky won't show live ice hockey but they're willing to show county live Deal with it. ;D You record on TV isn't particularly impressive. Hopefully you will get a lot of 5.15 kick offs on Saturday evenings. Then you'll complain about Panthers playing their home matches on Saturday evenings....... ;D

Strangely that cost reduce the average gate if there's no dogfight to draw in the fans. The Stags will cost Notts 6,000 fans which equates to c. 250 per game. Notts will have to use good marketing to keep the crowds in the 4,500 range.

Unless we are challenging for the playoffs (il wait to see who else comes in before I make a comment on that) we will struggle to get good gates. The problem is, and has been for a long time pricing. £18 for certain games to watch the bottom tier of league football is unbeleivable. Im a huge notts fan but im embarrased to tell people how much it costs to watch my team

LOVE the new away shirt. Claret and blue halves. Top marks on that decision. Really? I hate it lol! Im happy with the reports of how much the sponsorship deals are worth though! Neil Mackenzie lost in game 6, winning 5 straight before losing. A full week of wins, lets hope he manages that on the pitch!
