Evan Cheverie and Dan Welch are on the move again from HC Morzine-Avoriaz in France,
Wonder if they are off somewhere together again?
Perphaps back to Coventry.. anyone know?

Can t see them going to co as Carlson/Calder are on 2 year deals , theres not the cap space for those two as well

Still dont see what Welch did wrong to be honest. He didnt put up huge numbers immediately but looked very fancy.

I still feel Tessier had a word with bringing Sutter to Nottingham, didn't Welch say he'd never play for Nottingham again by saying "why would you resign for a club who sacked you"?

Id take em both to be honest. Welch only had VERY short time prove himself which he didnt quite do in Blaisdells eyes.
Why was he right to sack Welch?

These could potentially be good replacements for Petricko and Stevens. Not that our boys aren't coming back, but if they don't and these guy are up for grab, like others have said, I would take both of them in a second.
I really liked Welch and was gutted when he left us for Cov.

Welch posted 1+7 in 13 games for us, but at Coventry 25 +31 in 48 games. Without a doubt he would be a good signing.

i think ellis would get the best out of welch think he plays the system welch likes playing unlike blasdale! mind you he didn't get the best out of anyone would much rather have welch than sutter any day!
