Maybe you've not had an official salary.... but there's always those brown envelopes.... ;D Brown envelopes? We can't afford such luxury on the budget supplied by the Cage corporate sponsors. Had to take origami lessons so I could fold me own envelopes from spare copies of the Forum Charter.....

On one of my many trips to the Devils forum i was led to believe that once BJ is de registered from this forum he has to wait for at least 6 posts before he is allowed to mod another one

BJ was seen at Cardiff ice rink just before Christmas , you would think he would nt be so blantant about his intentions would'nt you The Official reply goes along the following lines.... "The fact that BJ was seen in Cardiff fraternising with the local supporters should not be taken as evidence of any impending transfer of allegience, despite his Welsh origins. Fans do not see the whole picture the way we at Panthers Forum management do" ;D ;D

Apparently calls were made on behalf to the Mod in question to Steeltalk , It appears however that they have a full Forum Mod Roster . I wonder if BJ will sign with a EPL forum and then go on a 2-way contract with another Elite Forum

The 6 post ruling is an Elite Forum League rule. BJ could have a clause in his cage contract that only allows him to transfer to a forum outside the UK.

Dont want to fuel the fire but as BJs coach I can confirm hes becoming a top player.Maybe a career change is in the pipeline as he spends more time on the ice than on the board! Remember where you heard it 1st!

BJ could have a clause in his cage contract that only allows him to transfer to a forum outside this country. Cardiff is in Wales. There are those who say Wales is another country.....

I find all this speculation absolutely disgraceful. Until the Forum Management make a formal announcement, BJ is still a moderator of this forum, and as such deserves our support and respect. If he chooses to leave we should wish him well and thank him for last season. Frankly he's been poor this season, but that's mainly because he's only been moderating the less exciting threads.

These are sad times for everyone at the cage, and my deepest sympathies go to you all.
However, you are all wide off the mark, I could EXCLUSIVELY reveal his new destination, however I cannot post until after midnight as BJ has put an embargo on this material.
The reason why Cage HQ does not have any more brown envelopes is due to BJ using them on this material not coming into the public domain. Unfortunatly, as you are now well aware, they have ran out of envelopes of the brown kind
Ah well.......
Needless to say, you will be shocked and amazed as to where he is going, already he has had an impact upon his new placement of work, I am led to believe the phrase used was "He is my new bestest mate"
Midnight folks, midnight then it will all become clearer
Damm, i'm out of the house tonight - I will have to keep you guessing even longer until tomorrow!!!!!
;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
PS: Cage Gold anyone!!!

I heard that BJ was lookin to move because he wasnt happy being the third choice moderator, and being given the task of helping out some of the less experienced younger moderators.

Well I for one will be pleased to see the back of him .......His front isn't that appealing anyway He has been a waste of time this season, and I think the other mods have pulled together far better when he has not been around. There are plenty of other guys out there who could step in at a moments notice and spend countless hours doing what he does. As long as he has gone by the end of the month, the Forum will have plenty of time to sort out a better team person.

London Racers Forum And the “BJ Effect”<br>
"We’d begun the season with a batch of Finns and Swedes signed at the last minute en masse through a couple of agents. Our aim had been to upset the Canadian led North American stranglehold on the British game and introduce a fleet footed skilled game to the UK. Granted the moderators we brought in weren’t the top moderators in the world but they were much better than our results when looking back, would suggest. The problem was that our league was just too physical for them. Back in October I remember being on the bench for our first game against Nottingham. Straight after the post-off BJ skated past our forum and asked who wanted to “go”. He then circled around and pulled up in front of the forum saying he hadn’t had a fight yet this year and he needed to get it out of his system and was anyone up for it. No-one made eye contact with him and for me it was one of the most embarrassing moments on a hockey forum that I had ever faced. I honestly thought I should step-up and have a go myself even though I’d get a pasting and get dumped out of the game because I wasn’t a moderator. Where was our pride? We were completely humiliated and intimidated in that game and that really set the tone for the first half of the season in many ways. "

i don't think he has actully lets compare his stats with Mine I am what you could say serial poster and i contribute 7.92 posts/day which isn't bad but not amazing for a so called serial poster
BJ is sort of an alround poster but mainly and enforcer yet still contributes well with approx 5.83 post/day which is infact very good when he has to watch over everyone else.
and your not gooing to post as much when you have to go around deleteing other peoples post as well
IMO BJ is our MVP whther he posts or not he tend to make the difference between winning and losing an agrument
;D ;D
