Dont suppose anyone here knows of anywhere/anyone that plays hockey in the Nottingham/Mansfield area?
I don't drive and I work weekdays but I've been itching to get back into playing again (it's been 6 or 7 years so I'm probably VERY rusty) so if anyone has any info for me that'd be grand.
Cheers.

There is a few clubs in and around Nottingham. The Nottingham Moose play at Derby and Ollerton check out www.nottinghammoose.co.uk for more details or there is the rollersnakes (very good players) who also train at Derby depending where you are in Nottingham someone might be able to give you a lift to a Moose session. To which the Moose won there first GBinline game this Sunday

Thanks for the replies, but I was hoping to find a recreational club rather than a competitive team - like I said, I'm rusty, so I wouldn't throw myself in the deep end too quickly :¬)

The Moose is a semi rec team with players who play in the league and others that dont. I cant comment on the rollersnakes but they train hard and make us bleed when we play them.

Hey Spooks, just to comment that Rollersnakes don't literally make teams bleed - we're quite clean really. But if teams want to have a go at us, we are capable of giving it back.....
