At the mo, Oranjeboom 2.99 at morrisons makes the summer nights much more fun.
Still love the guinness, thanks to Tony Wigwam, gone off Tequila since my birthday with a certain number 13.

Lost count of what these German buggers keep filling up my glass with. Half the time I dont understand what they said anyway. I just know they do it often, snigger and it goes down warm and I walk funny after. Quite often I think its Schnapps.

It's still Guinness for me!. However, when I can get hold of it a nice bottle of Yukon Jack (Canadian Whisky) goes down a treat. Therapy, I will ALWAYS remember the night on the Guinness in Belfast. Good memories mate..good memories.

Water from a mountain stream running over volcanic rock. After a hard day on the hills there is no sweeter or satisfying drink (honest Fraggle). Am partial to wine, red or white, dry and hand crafted of choice. Beer? There's no contest - Websters drunk warm and flat! I'm a traditionalist at heart.

After Saturday I'm never drinking ever again! Don't recall you being in that bad a state Jono! Maybe I was even worse... Anyway, for the record my favourite drinks (apologies if they are obscure, I have searched the world far and wide to discover my favourites. What a chore that was): De Koninck (dark Belgian beer) Adnams Broadside Old Speckled Hen Hofbräu Helles (what they serve by the litre at the Hofbräuhaus in Munich) Castle White wines (current favourite is PKNT, Chilean) Single malt whisky Champagne

Where to start: well my favourite cocktail is Long Island Iced Tea, I have found various places that serve this wonderful drink or variations of but the best one was at Sharkey's in Huddersfield, ah those wonderful student days.
Otherwise using things around the house theres: Amaretto and Cola = Alcoholic Dr Pepper Wicked Bue and Port = Alcholic Vimto
White wine - favourite at the moment is white burgundy
Beer - nothing beats Budweiser on tap, otherwise I am sampling different speciality beers... particularly liking the Pale Ales.

White wine - favourite at the moment is white burgundy French wine making has been transformed in recent years. Some really good white burgandies about now at very reasonable prices. Classed as country wines the price is low but the quality high, be they produced in bulk by modern methods or in small quantity in the more traditional way.

Surely anyone listing their FAVOURITE tipple as Stella, Carling, Bud or other such urine needs educating in the lore of good beverages! Give me a Black Sheep, an Adnams or a Caffreys please.

Lager is just gross.
My current favourite is Olde Trip, from the Olde Trip in Nottingham although they sometimes have it elsewhere including once at my local.
For pubs with lesser choice of real ale then i will go for the more common ones like Pedigree or Kimberley ales are nice. But will usually try whatever is on the handpull.
At a clinch i will still drink Guinness although i dont find it holds the same taste anymore.
After the pints im a fan of Jack Daniels in pubs or proper scotch if drinking at home. I have a very nice bottle of Edradour Breweries, Straight from the Cask which though very nice is somewhat lethal with a vol of 60%
When with my mates at home i will usually have a killer mix of Hills Czech Absinthe and Jack Daniels, a lethal concoction which leaves one very dry in the morning but is a sure fire way to get pretty plastered pretty darn quick.

Oh and for house ale drinking Im working my way through the huge selection of bottled ales in Morrisons. My favourites being London Pride, Pedigree, Adnams, Banana Bread Beer, Fursty Ferret, Wards, Mcewans Champion.
Having got through about half the morrisons selection i havent yet found one i dont like.

Mine is Ribeana and Vodka... but they don't do that in pubs ... sob sob!!
So when I'm out and about it's either Vodka and Coke or Malibu and Coke

Gotta agree on the French White MP Saint Veran is my fave but any Macon, even the village is pretty good, and the prices keep on dropping
