'So much of a success, we are thrilled....' ' I bet they are. Retro shirts KA-CHING.
At this rate there will be more 'fancies' than the actual 'game issue home, away and third (cup?) shirts...ie, A lost identity that we were promised back by Mr.Pacha.

There is a cycle every few years of new fans who have yet to come to the realisation of what the GW collecting world is about and just get taken in by the hype. However if that’s how they want to spend their money then fair play to them, not doing anyone any harm. My main issue with the current situation with the GWJ is for the most part they aren’t “unique” any more. Back in CH days there would be 2 sales (1 home & 1 anway) and that would be it. There are so many of the same player/jersey from one season these days the value is absolutely diluted and that’s before you even dare look into the actual players jerseys (there’s about 437 tousignant ones out there for example). Nailed it there you have, some people will buy any old crap these days. Jeez £10k for a set of not very nice looking shirts that have no uniqueness and are no doubt made from cheap flimsy material is madness. More fools the people that buy them. At least the Panthers have never sunk to the depths of making a “Chinese New Year jersey” though like the Giants did this year. Maybe next season. 🙄 More fool folks for getting involved in player sponsorship too.
