Just seen Jono Bullard has tweeted that Michaud is on 1+15 in his last 5 games. That’s ridiculous! 1+14 now as the assist initially given to him for tonight’s 5th goal has been changed. Still incredible figures though.

He’s making an early play for “Player of the month” for February that’s for sure.

Mckenzie still showing as zero TOI when he had at least 2 shifts near the end. The crowd cheering him and chanting his name was the big clue.
Despres had a decent game but limited ice time in the third? Didn’t notice him much and his overall TOI was low.
Nice to see Neilson get his first at home. He looked obviously relieved!

A game we controlled throughout, some very well taken goals and whilst Dundee did have their backup in, I thought he played well. Thought Depres took a hit that shoook him a little as he skated off after it.
With both clan and fife losing, we gained a little ground and with the games in hand (which mean nowt if you dont win them) we can climb into the playoff places.

Good result all in all. Thought Dundee looked dangerous 1st period. Had our passing been better 1st period we could have been 4 or 5-0 at the end of it.
Good to see us get some goals against an opposition back up for a change, all whilst playing a high pressing game. I'm surprised we didn't tire as much as I thought we would.
I don't think it's been mentioned on here - apologies if it has but for those who have watched hockey since the Heineken era and before Dundee's goalie - Lucaa Brine is the son of ex Streatham, Peterborough, Medway, Slough and Bracknell goalie Gary Brine
Whilst we still have to win games in hand, especially against the teams immediately above us, the door door to qualifying for the playoff quater finals has been opened just a little bit more...

Me being ever the optimist, I seriously think we have a chance at 6th.

TBH, other than a couple of games, Belfast and Manchester, we came close to winning a lot of those games we lost during that losing run and we went to OT on some of those games. I don't believe that we are playing like a bottom team and hopefully the wins keep on coming

Good result & you can only beat the opposition who are in front of you, so kudos to the lads.
Looking forward to Sunday.

I felt Dundee were the better team in the 1st period, they threatened our net quite a lot and through some good goaltending and a bit of fortune we didn’t concede. Then we created a goal out of nothing, good workrate from Lunsjo to turn the puck over and Michaud laid it on a plate for Logan.
We never looked back from there and it was great to witness them play with a bit of confidence going forward. It does feel like we’ve turned a corner now, things are falling for us, hopefully we can keep the good results coming and climb up that table.

Funny how people see the same thing differently. I thought Dundee were absolutely terrible from start to finish and never looked like scoring and the worst performance from a team visiting the NIC for a long time
