Jeez, not the best moment for your worst performance in a long while.

Belfast take a 1 goal lead into Coventry tomorrow. Decent result for the Blaze.

If you offered Coventry a 2-1 deficit going into their home leg, I'm sure they would've taken it.
But I wouldn't be shocked if Belfast won 4-1.
Just want Dundee to keep within range

4 goal lead for Guildford going back to the Leisure Centre. Fairly disastrous for Manchester by the looks.

Guildford 5 Manchester 1. Guildford not let Manchester get going at all

Whilst I'm not shocked about Guildford, I am by the scoreline.
However while it's going to be extremely tough, all Manchester have to do is win a period by 2 goals and win the others by at least 1.
We've seen leads evaporate but this would be a collapse by Guildford

2 goal lead for Cardiff heading back to Dundee, 4-2.

2 goal lead for Cardiff heading back to Dundee, 4-2. 1st goal in the 2nd leg will be crucial in that one. I hope a team is able to come back in the 2nd Legs but we are looking at Sheffield VS Guildford and. Cardiff VS Belfast

Anybody think we'll see any comebacks, Coventry have a little bit of form and are only 2 goal behind but I see Belfast being too strong for them.
Dundee are a possibility and if they get the first goal and the tie is back on but with their Goalie situation, Cardiff will likely to score.
Manchester and Fife are the long shots but if Manchester is ahead by 2 after 30 minutes, then who knows.
But knowing some of the freak results, watch Fife be 3 ahead within 10 minutes.
But when it comes to the Semi-Finals, I'm not sure that The Blaze or Stars will be competitive against The Steelers

I think Sheffield are playing the winner of Storm/Flames or does it change depending on who qualifies?

I think Sheffield are playing the winner of Storm/Flames or does it change depending on who qualifies? Depends who qualifies. Highest seed to qualify plays lowest seed to qualify. These are the seedings: 1 Sheffield 2 Cardiff 3 Belfast 4 Manchester 5 Guildford 6 Coventry 7 Dundee 8 Fife

If I remember correctly the Semi Finals used to the winners of:
1&8 VS 4&5 2&7 VS 3&6
However there was a time where the Hull Stingrays (7th Seeds) shocked the Sheffield Steelers and it ended up that the League Champions (Belfast Giants) ended up with the tougher Semi Finals opponents whereas the Nottingham Panthers thrashed Hull.
After some complaints, it got switched to the higher seed plays the lowest seed.
Think that's correct

Finding this weekend almost surreal. Hockey being finished last weekend, but not finished. Keep having to remind myself I'm going to POFW next weekend. Been to many a POFW without Panthers, but like almost everybody else(I know there will be some) i've never been home just checking in on play off QFs of other teams.

1st goal in the 2nd leg will be crucial in that one. Well Dundee got it, but unfortunately Cardiff have got it back already. 1-1 (5-3) after 1.

Smallest crowd of the quarter finals is Coventry. Loads of small crowds there this year. I remember when it used to be a nightmare to get a seat.

You'd think they'd have sold that out for a playoff game. Can understand a small crowd for the run of the mill stuff. Sheffield 2-0 (11-4 I think?) after 1.

Sheffield 3 up and cruising.
Cardiff extend their lead.
Coventry looking the only chance of an upset, still 0-0.

1-0 Belfast. Not looking like there'll be any unexpected teams at the POFW.
