No excuses complete this...however not a good start. I can't enter the first question.
Seems to not have my education (wonder why they ask this?) because if they want to know what type of person is interested in the sport you need all possibilities.
From questions...
Loyalty programmes , is this a ST? No other option again. I'd like to say something but its a basic choice in the answers.
They have a 'never' answer to 'how often do you watch your favourite team'.....interesting as that can apply.
Most are multiple choice and little chance to 'say' what you want. If you want to say anything , get in there at every chance.
Where do you shop for groceries? How would I spend my money on sponsors wares and how much? Thought this might have been how the sport is run, but maybe they just want to know how they can get sponsors to appeal to us.
It takes longer than they say.

Started this but don’t have the patience or the time to answer more questions than a months worth of question time, plus nothing will change, total load of poop as you say on this forum. Just shows the education and boring attitude of these idiots,

Are PWC doing this gratis? States near the end NOTE: Your e-mail address will be stored separately from your answers. Neither the EIHL nor its member teams will see your e-mail address connected to your answers. This data will be separated by PwC before the data is passed to the League. You can find the Elite Ice Hockey League's Privacy Policy at THIS LINK. You can furthermore find PwC's Privacy Policy at THIS LINK. That's all I know.

Just shows the education and boring attitude of these idiots, That’s the attitude of someone wants change but doesn’t want to put himself out for 5 minutes to be part of it. Good effort. Oh, hang on….

Are PWC doing this gratis? One assumes you’ve never worked with PwC before? 😂 They don’t fart for free, let alone work…

I filled it in, problem is the answer to all of it is "make the hockey more exciting to watch". Everything else comes from that. But if they want to waste their money.
Was quite cathartic though. Unlucky on the graduate at PWC who'll be doing the analysis mind you.

Are PWC doing this gratis? I’d bet the EIHL aren’t paying for it. But why the hell do you need an accountant to produce a survey, especially a very expensive one,it doesn’t make sense. There’s half a dozen spare bodies in Panthers office who could have done that.

Simple, straight forward, open questionnaire which will give them some very useful data with PwC managing it. What's not to like? 5-10 min job, max. Top job EIHL.

Some of your “tell us why” answers were obviously a lot shorter than mine Bob ! 🤣🤣 Well, now you've told the league and PWC. That will go into their database and all the responses will be collated together, and actioned accordingly. Big surveys beget big answers though. (I know form personal experience) Be prepared for them not to action everything you've said, to the letter, immediately. That also doesn't mean they "haven't listened", as I'm sure we'll get if you don't see immediate obvious changes.

Well yes and whilst I’m sure a lot of people will have said change the Challenge Cup format, based on the Steelers 2023/24 ST covering 31 games (ie 27 plus 4) I’d say nothing much is going to change there.

That's just my point. You can't necessarily hope for immediate change. I said that too, so will a lot of people, but it won't be next year, I'd say; it's too late already, as you've noted. If it's going to be done, it'll be the year after.

You could still have 4 home league games in a group of 5. Potentially 4 at home and 4 away in the group The format needs to be changed, fans were moaning about it last season, never mind this current season

That Steelers ST at £430 sitting anywhere is a heck of a good deal for 31 games when compared to Panthers prices for only 26 games.

Seriously though, it is exceptional value, £14 a game if you make them all. That's maybe how you get a half full area to start with? How many do Steelers sell, does anyone know?

Blimey is Martin Latal still there,he was supposed to be gone by Christmas....of last season ! 🤣 No idea how many ST’s Steelers sell, but yes £13.87 a game in Sheffield is very good value....versus £18.27 for gold,£16.15 for silver and £15.00 for bronze at Panthers. Somebody needs to ask Pacha why the big cost difference and why Panthers always still have a league game missing when he does his “ask the CEO” thing. One set of fans are being taken for a ride here !

Yep I have asked them several times the question.... why there is always one ST league game missing ? Yet to receive a plausible answer.
