Don’t think it changes much if Storm win or lose tonight does it ? Other than if it went to O/t tomorrow night. If Storm win tonight, the winner tomorrow goes through

Storm win 6-4. Most entertaining game I’ve seen all year by miles. Unless the Storm have an off game tomorrow we will struggle

Yeah but now the OT win works for Manchester too, had they lost tonight that wouldn't have been the case. Still, nice and simple for us now: Don't lose. (Dunno if GG has tried that as a team talk yet but might be worth a go.)

That win puts us both on 6 points ahead of tomorrow. So it's winner takes all. OT or regulation. Had Manchester lost tonight then we would have just needed 1 point. So we could have lost in OT and still finished 2nd but couldn't lose in regulation.

Yes I understand how it is now they’ve won tonight,I was looking at it if Storm had lost tonight a reg win would still have done for them ok tomorrow. 👍

The Manchester-Sheffield GRS shows that Sheffield's netminder McLaughlin conceded 6 goals from 37 shots, not the 6 goals from 21 shots that Iginla claims above. In fact, McLaughlin's save percentage for the game was higher than that of the Manchester netminder.

Close game in Belfast... PMSL. That's crazy, they've still got 20 to go. Can't be too many 7-0 periods.

Strange stat I saw yesterday. Apparently Steelers PP is the worst in the league but their PK is the best in the league. Rather surprising. 😳

Yes, 10% on the PP, terrible.
Still ours is 8th best, and our PK is the worst.
(League games only.)

Panthers are 7th top scorers in the league goals per game with 2.90 goals per game, and 6th worse team in league for leaking goals with 3.36 goals per game.

Yes, 10% on the PP, terrible. Still ours is 8th best, and our PK is the worst. (League games only.) League only, Panthers have the worst "Combined Special teams %" of all, at 90.74%. Flames best at 111.90%. Blaze have the best PP and second worst PK. Steelers indeed have the best PK 47/51 = 92.16%, and the worst PP 4/41 = 9.76%. Panthers also have the second worst "goal deficit" on special teams in total. 5 PPGF, 10 PPGA, 1 SHGF, 1 SHGA. Sheffield lead that stat too, having scored more SHG (5) than PPG (4).
