Looks a excellent choice, good experience and still fairly young .

He certainly has some pedigree. Glad Pacha has gone for a top candidate rather than just some usual face that’s just been around the EIHL for a while without any experience

Looks to be a coach with some good experience. Quite often we talk down the player/coach, guy with EIHL experience but(ine for the stattos perhaps) how many league titles have been won by coaches who havn't played in the EIHL? Genuinely dont know the answer. Not dissapointed with this news at all. Just got me thinking.

Looks good! Like the way he talks. Mentioned fan engagement straight away. Big changes to the roster. The brits situation will be interesting.

Graham should be well equipped to recruit imports but Pach has been on these shores for a long time and should have more of a say regarding the Brits

Physical side, wait until our Officials get involved.
Granted it's just talk but the vibes I'm getting feels different and I like it.
If the whole they will hate playing us comes to fruition, then I'm definitely in.
For example if teams like Guildford aren't able to skate into our zone and stay there for long periods of time, then it's an improvement.
Definitely interesting times ahead

If he came and recruits a few more players like Riley Sheen straight out of college as he did during his time in Beijing we could be doing alright, regardless of budget Was pleased when it was a rumour. Even more pleased the rumour is true. Early days but optimistic. Now Gary, three or four Riley Sheens out of college so they're not expensive and we'll have money to compete with the big boys.

Would be nice to feel like they did fear coming to the Panther's 'lair' again as they couldn't play their game any more and the crowd was the extra man. Has felt for too long like the Panther's 'kitty café'. Nobody worried about coming here at they always felt they had a shot to beat us and that the team/crowd would fold under pressure. Liking the attitude

Welcome to Nottingham Gary! It’s great to hear his enthusiasm and it seems as though he’s excited to be apart of the club. Like Pacha, he’s saying all the right things, but I have to admit it’s definitely getting me excited. The sound of an intimidating and physical team may upset some opposition fans, but that is music to my ears.
With Pacha in charge of the club and Graham taking care of the team, I think we’ve got a reason to be excited. Let’s get behind them!

Even if we dont compete for the title straight away, which I dont really expect, it sounds like we should be fun to watch at least.
Perhaps i'm taking him to litteraly but looks like we are going to have a much bigger, harder hitting team. I would love to see Kyle Haas, a guy to thow hits like Jansen and a Brandon Connolly type. Stack the top 2 lines with scoring.

Fort Wayne have been a top team in the ECHL for years now, you don’t stay there for 6 years on a whim. I love what he said in his interview, sounded a “anything to win” type - of which we had none of last year. I spent all of last year quoting “if we’re going to be bad, at least be entertaining” - hopefully this year we are good AND entertaining.
It’s promising, but won’t get too carried away just yet, but the early signs are there that this could be a good appointment
Welcome Gary

It’s quite interesting to see what players have played under Graham and then come to the EIHL. . Desjardins of Dundee being one of them. I wonder what Brett Perlini told him and whether he’d have a change of heart and come back now there’s a change in management.

I can envisage certain ex players being more willing to come back now for sure.

It's a minor point, but if we "embrace the villain" role then...
... What does that leave for Sheffield to be? 😉
I vote whipping boy ☺️
