Just finished reading Jamie's book, or rather the book about Jamie's life and career, as it wasn't written by him. At 94 pages it doesn't take long, in fact it actually starts on p15 so it's about the length of two Harry Potter chapters. It deals very quickly with him growing up, having a famous dad, learning to play, getting drafted, joining Pittsburgh where it gives a little more detail, then basically finishes in 1992. His time after that barely gets a mention, although it does say he played in Nottingham, but not Sheffield. An interesting book for those familiar with the name Leach, but why do it with so little detail. It was written in consultation with his family and does quote him, but tells nothing of his life after hockey, and little of his career in it.

Yes, a smaller book in size too in my collection. Plus, as you say, missing some detail later on. Found on Amazon.co.uk
