Don't know about the rest of you,but whilst I'm interested in renewing, I'm certainly going to wait because even though The Panthers have announced that they are looking into things that people are concerned about, I'm definitely hoping that the issues I have are to my liking.
I must admit, I am not keen on the tickets being sent through the post because it hasn't been really announced whether it's standard are recorded delivery. If it's recorded, will we be able to track it on-line.
I have said on previous threads, I don't get why we can't collect in person (Surely The Arena will have Box Office staff,) or an online ticket option which can be scanned like Rock City and Theatre Royal/Concert Hall.
It also feels like this Season Ticket thing has come out of nowhere.

www.panthers.co.uk/home/210508-season-ticketsThis seems to suggest that there have been complaints about the heavy handed tone of the initial application, because most if not all of the things which you couldn't do are now being looked at. For example, I now get the senior discount, but I couldn't get it unless I wrote to the arena in advance asking them for it. Which is ludicrous

Which is ludicrous I’m not surprised there were complaints if the rules were so rigid. Everything in there should have been allowed as a matter of course, like since when were you not allowed to move to a different seat if you wanted to ?

One thing that is very important is getting either a direct debit or paypal in 3 payment system. I've already got my ST money saved up, but if you're used to paying monthly or your income has only just recovered from Covid, £1000 for a family of 4 becomes a lot harder to pay in 1 lump.

Paypal pay in 3 is available on paypal without Panthers/Arena needing to be invloved. As far as i'm aware anybody can get a paypal account and use the service(asuming there is some sort of credit score expectation). Paypal will pay the arena in full and you pay paypal in 3 instalments. Just need to checkout with paypal, which has been an option on the motorpoint arena website for a long time. I've paid my ST in full this morning, but I have used Paypal pay in 3 a couple of times and it's a good system.

I think the paypal in 3 is slightly different to their normal credit system and isn't available on all paypal purchases from memory. However it's probably better for the club than the direct debit (depending on if PayPal charge a fee) as I think the club get all the money upfront.

I notice the ST renewal terms say that if there is any shortfall in the promised number of games it will be carried forward. In other words, don’t expect a refund if next season starts and then there are any problems later in the year.

Honestly as long as they aren't preseason exhibition games that's okay with me.

I’m just pointing out that if for any reason something happens and there are only 20 home games to watch then they’re not going to be giving any monetary refunds and it will be another roll over of more games owed.

if this keeps happening we could be entitled to a free seasons ticket in about 5 years time ! Well yes, there comes a point where they’ve got to do the right thing, they can’t just keep kicking the can down the road . Something doesn’t seem right to me. There used to be 27 or was it 28 home games on the season ticket and now they’re saying theres a minimum of only 25. Well 25 doesn’t work because a 50 game season doesn’t work so it could be they’re going to expect season ticket holders to pay up for a season ticket then expect them to pay extra for several more league games. And in addition they’ve still got to find the 5 games owed from last season. Something isn’t right here.

Set at 25 with ST holders having to pay for 2 league games on top. Bit daft but I supose its better than selling a 27 game ST when a team could drop out and you only have 24 home league games. They have been reasonably fair with the games they ask you to pay for. It's certainly not been any Steelers games.

Devils season tickets cover 32 games, all league games plus challenge cup/play off games.

I am not renewing my season ticket until I know what’s going on remaining games Remaining games on my season ticket from 2019 two 2020 because I will be paying for the games again that I am already owed on my season-ticket he should’ve took the games off there annual. Bye lowering the price of a renewal
I am not happy to buy a season ticket when I am paying again for games owed to me They haven’t thought Until they sort out remaining games owed to the fans I am not buying a season ticket as I stated we will be paying twice for the games over to us so get so Panthers get your act together I’ll sort it out now or you will lose fans

Renewed both of ours straight away and looking to buy two more as soon as they are available. Can hardly blame the league for COVID and I’m sure it will get sorted out shortly.

Yeah, did mine straight away too. I'd rather know import levels etc, but i'll be back in September regardless. After no hockey and the lack of social interaction we've had to deal with the last year+ it's going to be really great to get back.

I think Import levels will be the same, or maybe 1 less to keep the standard pretty high, tickets won’t be cheaper so the product has to stay at a certain level. Fingers crossed we will all be back in 4/5 months. Stay safe all.

I am waiting until they give out info on changes to existing ST holders, I have two but my daughters will not be renewed as she is leaving to go to uni, so that leaves me wanting a single ST. I would also be interested in what happens to her 5 free games from the curtailed season. *above quote is also available with grammer on request.

Don't get me started....

I'm with Bobness on this one. 'Should of' belongs in the pit of hell along with double negatives & prepositional phrases.
