Why are the fixtures not out They had the fixtures meeting the other day Why are pampers not letting us know what they’re doing with remaining games on the season-ticket 2019 /2020 This is getting stupid that’s why a lot of people are not Signing up for season ticket and Also why can’t we have a direct debit option as Cardiff have done one It is stupid if you can’t pick it up at the Arena if they are making us have it posted they should pay the postage not us as it’s not our fault we are having to have it posted to us how come the power to sort this out I think it is disgraceful the organisation has done this and I need to sort this out ASAP so get off your back and sort this out please Michelle, it seems to me from your posts, well, the ones I can decipher, that you seem to think that this forum is some sort of official, club run thing. It's not. Maybe every now and then someone from the office looks in on it, but I dont think it's that often and I'm certain that they won't take any notice of what you're trying to say. I'm sure there are a lot of us that share your frustration but it might be worth directing your anger through the correct channels. I hope you find some peace at the end of all of this, but I'm afraid that in my experience this is nothing out of the ordinary for how Panthers treat the fans

Just added two more season tickets bringing ours back up to four again and it looks like they have sold quite a few for next season.

Some news on this:
The Play-Off Quarter Final will be on the weekend of Sunday April 17th and this game will be among the make-up games for season ticket holders from the curtailed season 2019-20. Two other games have also already been scheduled as carried-over matches.
These will mirror games that had to be cancelled because of Covid. They will be Sunday October 17th against Cardiff and Wednesday February 16th against Manchester. The other roll-over games will be issued as soon as it is practical to do so.

I’ve got the games I’m owed…no complaints!

No, I'm assuming the Manchester and Cardiff games will count as the two not covered by this season's ST? They still need to squeeze in the other two. I suppose they may go later stages CC? Group stage might cause a fuss.

No problem with that at all. It will be interesting to see how cancellations during this next season will be handled.

Like the people owed games from last season, who have been asking about this for ages and had NO reply. As they are nor returning to watch games this coming season. Particularly as they can't go due to health reasons and getting no answers to questions just causes more stress. Plenty of time to squeeze in more 'income' hype like Halloween and such jerseys, hat will be sold off afterwards. When will we be told about the Fathers/Mothers day versions?

That's how I read it at least. For what it's worth, 2 of the games are in 2022, and 1 in October (plus 2 TBC) so hopefully those owed the games can attend safely by then. Especially the 2022 games.

Yes, your correct, I have probably not wrote that well. Was speaking on behalf of people needing some consideration knowing they were not returning at all. No amount of info on how people will get their games awarded back helps them. Not getting any replies is far worse.

I'd have to double check press releases, but I'm sure I read they wanted us to keep hold of our old season cards as they'd be used for the carryover fixtures.

Surely Panthers might have sorted this before putting the first game on sale (I know I'm expecting way too much). My email was sent when first requested.

To be fair to the Panthers HO they've been busy all Summer picking themselves up off the floor after seeing the 50% charge increase for the Devils' webcast.

Being offered seats in Block 3 or 12 (former Gold season tickets). Thanks Panthers, you are really living up to expectations. We are being asked why we haven't renewed (that's good), the trouble is that the reasons will be obvious - this ticket offer being such a great example.

I didn't renew and I don't see why I should have to tell them why. I don't want the tickets for the other games, I don't see why they can't refund me, even if it's not the full amount, given that part of the original season ticket would have included box office admin fees. Which I've told them.

All for the sake of £2 per seat (difference between Bronze and Gold). It's a great way to drive people who might want to comeback at a later date away for good!

Saw that one coming. Blacky and Co never miss an opportunity to score an own goal.

Looking at the ticket map for this one blocks 12 and 3 have been taken off general sale, so I'm guessing everyone in this boat is going to be put in there.
