Neil Black has already confirmed we have players who have agreed to come back but we aren’t announcing them because we haven’t got a firm date for when next season starts so they could very well move somewhere else Nothing confirmed then. Obviously not concrete as it's not known if anything can happen. EIHL closed off the season and I can't see a season in this 2020 starting up.

If the season starts the player comes over,if there’s a long delay or it doesn’t start at all then he doesn’t. What’s to hide....it’s just typical Panthers telling the fans as little as possible. 🙄

You don’t honestly think the Devils are the only team signing players do you? They’re just choosing to announce them now. If Panthers were the Devils you’d be criticising them for announcing players when nobody else was...

No i don’t think the Devils are alone,,,,,because Guildford,Dundee and Manchester have all announced players signing. Remember the Panthers are the team who always say “when we have news we’ll announce it“ or “as soon as the ink is dry” codswallop.

I wish the league would just come out and announce that the league cant start and put fans out of their misery then at least they know where they stand 🤣
Steelers came out with a belter earlier.. when answering a deluded Steelers fan why there was no news they said..
"The news is Andrew we are preparing for next season, we are signing players, returnees & new. We are speaking with, Aaron, the Arena, agents, our fellow EIHL clubs & will be ready to start next year on whatever date that is with another great side for you to enjoy
More news soon
Whatever date that is? Coming from a team who's owner is league chairman. We are blessed

Not even two point Tony can decide when events in indoor arenas are allowed. I paid my for my season ticket (Steelers) back in March, I honestly dont expect to see the inside of the Arena before the end of the year. Except perhaps on a webcast with no crowd present.
The league can't announce anything until the government announces what can happen at sporting events, especially 1,000's indoors where social distancing is almost impossible, even if crowds were limited.

The staff at the arena have no idea when it’s opening, They have not been told at all of any possible return to work let alone opening for events. Until that becomes clear we can’t expect our season to start. I’m surprised the league haven’t told everyone to claim their refund on the magic 5 as I can’t see that happening either. I see Panthers still have the pre season matches still advertised on the OS

Yes, let's get rid of this magic silliness and once a seasons length is known pen in a shorter season. As far as being lucky to have the chairman as Sheffields owner. There should be no advantage to that as all should be equal. Plus he doesn't reply to any communications sent his way from this end.

We are blessed I know it's frustrating not having anything set in stone however no-one knows what's going to happen regarding this virus as there always seems to be new information on a daily basis. Therefore you can't make a decision at this point as you never know a breakthrough may happen.
The French Football League cancelled their season early now they are facing calls to re-start the League.

According to one Cardiff fan on twitter he is destined for the NHL some day. I mean, im not saying he cant make it there. In fact I hope he does, but to base that on what he has done at Cardiff. 🤣🤣

Also remember his upbringing is with the greatest club, fans & owners in the history of ice hockey. He can't fail now imo, destined for the very top.

Lordo was always going to leave at some time, we all knew that he was always going to try to improve and try his hand at bigger challenges, and good luck to him he did us proud and was the winniest coach we ever had. We all at Cardiff wish him the very best in the future, we now move on as we have always done, interesting times ahead for the Devils, we will be fine we still have our beautiful City, great fans, and the best owners in the league so it’s still looking very rosy. Stay safe all. Happy Hockey Days,
