We've replaced 5 players this season and so far i think GD/TW are doing a good job. Very little time to replace Bulmer so i think its a bit harsh to judge them Unfortunately some people will never be satisfied

I agree to an extent about the management with regards predictable but GD did say he would look and with such a short time frame I didn’t expect a signing as I’d understand him struggling. However, if we’d just signed any old random forward you’d moan about how awful they are and how it’d be such a ‘panic’ signing so either way you’d still say they don’t want to win enough so save the bashing for another topic worth bashing them for. Spot on. Doucet doesn't seem the sort who will just bring in any forward for the sake of it even if their skill set is crap.. he wont bring in anyone unless they are better than what we have . Let's be honest the mid season replacements have all been upgrades. Upgrades Pidge? they were very much needed as pretty much everyone knew we were a 4/5th place team with the quality of the original team so it was hard to make it any worse which was borne out with a 10 in 12 losses at the start of the season. Yep replacements have at least given us a shot at challenging. What should have happened is Rheault be on a plane 3 months ago along with the other free loaders but hey better late than never...

I agree that the coaching team are doing a good job. The problem is with the management. The initial squad was flimsy and the upgrades happened to fill the arena. Getting in earlier cover for injuries could have won us the Conti Cup and possibly secured a final place in the Challenge Cup . My point was - getting a Bulmer replacement would have been a sign of the management backing the coaches. The excuse is it was too late but the issue is that it’s an annual problem.Rheault should have been cut when he got injured last season. The test will be the management re-signing our better players. Don’t hold your breath.

They gambled with big offence and titles are won from the back Saturday is their last chance for me.

No players out there... And Sheffield make a signing. Ehhh, you get the sense that if he was going to do more than coast a career by trading on his dad’s surname, he’d be elsewhere with better stats. People are happy on the merchandise front but I think he’ll be very much a backup.

Stats and history doesn't support that. The most potent offensive teams win more than the best defensive.
