I have a horrible feeling about this game. With a combination of our injuries, Flyers desperation for points and the usual biased officiating, I see a narrow loss. The Grapes Count = Flyers 3 : Panthers 1. Fife to build a 2-0 lead, we score late on and then they clinch the match via an empty netter. Thanks for taking note and going for an opposition win š

Top win that, some serious kahunas on this 4th highest budget team.
Punching above, no doubt.

This side grinds it out time and time again. I just hope it gets some cover, but its a testament to the lads theyāre getting 2 points by hook or by crook.

This team have found the metal strength from someone over the last 2 or so months! Unreal stuff. Now let's bring cover in and solidify this position.

What was the crowd like at Fife tonight?

What was the crowd like at Fife tonight? Sparse. Very poor on the screen. EIHL gamesheet says 1002, but that seems a bit high to me.

If this team doesnāt give you a buzz, then you must be dead. Great comeback - honestly thought after we went 2-0 down we dominated and never gave them a sniff. We find ways to win and never look flustered.
Whatās great for me is we didnāt rely on the big guns tonight. Perlini, Golokovs and Connelly stepping up shows we have more depth than that one line.
Really happy with that and the league table is wide open

Having said that, their social media/general presence is the worst in the league by a mile. Think theyāve took a lot for granted for far too long possibly?

He did seem like a kind of jobs for the boys signing but I think heās been massive over the last few games. It makes a change that I canāt really think of a player I ādislikeā in a squad. Compare to this time last year!

Yes the Flyers are going to be heading for trouble soon if they donāt do something, their crowds are plummeting fast. Four or five years ago they were mostly getting 2000 plus fans and now they are regularly down in the low 1000ās.

These last two games heās looked superb. I think it suits him far better playing on the RW, playing with Bulmer he doesnāt get this opportunity. Our first goal tonight was wonderful from him. As has been said Herr, Hansen and Matheson didnāt get the puck in the net but the others turned up. Iām praying that we see some payers return this week, if not Iād be over the moon if we brought some cover in.

I really think we should be signing somebody now to help down the stretch regardless of if guys will be back soon or not. If any of the Dmen are going to be some time then Id a Dman as cover + a forward. Having said that we cant just go and pick anybody up and we certainly dont want one of our super star type signings we usually see. For me that would be to big a risk that may unsettle the team. A pedigree player who would slot on the top 6 absoloutly, but we dont want any billy big balls.

Very unusual game in that Herr didnāt score a point or get a +. Iāll tell you when that last happened tomorrow. My guess would be when Panthers were last shut out....

That doesnāt sound like a big pool. Iād be hoping for a competent body at this stage. Anything more would be a bonus. Did Tetlow play much tonight? Iād hope so. How did he do if so?

Tetlow had quite a few shifts tonight, he played it simple and he was very composed on the puck in our own zone, he does have a good outlet pass imo. I still get a bit twitchy whenever he goes into a battle at the oppositionās blue line as heās very easily knocked over, opening us up to the odd man rushes. Maybe if he strapped some weights to his legs it might help with his balanceš
