Just to add to this I really liked Olsen & would have had him back personally.... But if the intention is to play Tetlow top 6 as I believe it is then there's only room for one more natural leftie. So you would take Connelly over Olsen in that case & possibly Matheson as well depending on which one covers the RHS slot. We’ve got four lefties, in theory we only need one more on the right

Shame I would have had him back. Whilst he may not look like he was at his best our team was very poor last year, with a different coach it could have been different. Also the injury was bad so suppose never really got to see the best of Dylan. Oh well we move on, hopefully for the better. He played 53 games though, the vast majority pre injury. Surely that’s more than enough for any player to show their true potential ? I think my punctuation in the post was off but what I meant was he was on a poor team and he had a bad injury so didn't get to see what he could potentially do. Also to see what he could do under a new coach. I would have taken him back but I take it you wouldn't which is fair enough. The way they have treated him after the season doesn't look good either

The way they have treated him after the season doesn't look good either I didn’t see enough of him but from what I did see he looked a decent player. But I would guess he was one of the top earners and just didn’t seem to do enough to justify it or do what was expected. Expected tough and hard hitting but it didn’t seem to happen and the big bomb of a shot seemed to be a bit of a floaty thing that sometimes found the target. On reasonable money I’d have taken him back but if he was say a top three earner then no I wouldn’t.
