Panthers should make it comfortably,Fife are struggling with injuries etc. Two best players missing Bulmer and Schaber and two or three others struggling with injury. The only threat I can see is if Owen plays a couple of absolute blinders in goal. Panthers want shooting if they don’t make POFW.

Should and Will are completely different things . I hope Panthers wont just go in with the attitude of turning up and going through the motions. EVERY player needs to put a shift in (that includes Lacho!) they need leadership (which I think they lack) personally this team doesn't tick many boxes ... so Iggy ...

We can’t have the mindset that it’s going to be comfortable because it will be far from it, Fife will give their all and try every trick in the book this weekend.

According to Elite Propects Patrick Stats are
# PLAYER GP GAA SVS% GP GAA SVS% EIHL 1. Patrick Munson 13 2.12 .932 | 2. Michael Garnett 47 2.91 .908 | 3. Sam Gospel 2 5.76 .805 | EIHL Cup 1. Michael Garnett 6 2.47 .925 | 2. Sam Gospel 1 3.06 .889 | 3. Patrick Munson 1 4.00 .857 | Cannot find them on the Elite League Stats Page. Maybe because he only played 13 Gomes. His Stats % is higher than any other netminder for the league games. Well done Patrick.

Much like Patrick Galbraith last year, his stats showed him as having a much better year than Garnett. As with Munson this year, the team always seemed to play better in front of him too.
Whether it is that Garnett is unliked or because he’s a much higher calibre keeper they feel they can relax, I don’t know.

Whether it is that Garnett is unliked or because he’s a much higher calibre keeper they feel they can relax, I don’t know. That’s my worry. Look how that ended last year. Galbraith totes to chuck it away in the quarters and eventually did in the semis. Got the bad feeling Munson is going to have a mare. Just hope I’m wrong.
