DeSantis allegedly moved to Esbjerg Energy in Denmark... Yep, just seen a Danish article. Short term, without injuries it's not a major impact. Think we were up to 16 imports and looked like we were going to play 5 import D + Tetlow and all import forwards - Rheault. Would still be nice to carry the spare Dman but not 100% convinced we will go and get one. Id hate to be back in a position where 1 injury means Rheault is back in. Id guess he has been told he would be the spare and decided to go play somewhere else.

Lets hope so. Panthers typically like to save some good news to go with bad so id imagine it'll be along the lines off.... Desantis departs, but Deutsch back in line up tonight.

DeSantis allegedly moved to Esbjerg Energy in Denmark... It’s going to be interesting to see how this affects the team. I think we can determine that Gui and Tim were intending on resting 1 import forward (Rheault) and 1 import dman (DeSantis), giving us more firepower in the forward lines. DeSantis was a solid enough player, I think we can all agree we’ve been strong defensively this season and I think that the fact we’ve been playing 6 import D, for the majority of the season, has contributed towards this. However, this is Tetlow’s chance, we need him to step up now.

Confirmation on the O/S that Desantis has left the club. Seems he handed in his notice last week, unexpectedly.
Wonder if Dylan Olson may come back, as he left his club last week.

Deutsch is back for tonight.
Poor form from the club though, IMHO, on the official announcement. No need to twist the knife about not having had any warning or prior contact. None of that needs to be in the public domain. It just smacks of pettiness. DeSantis has done nothing wrong, leave it be and part as friends, wishing him well and thanking him for his time at Panthers.

You always know when they are unhappy with the way a player has departed.

Nothing to be gained by it at all except the person who wrote it venting their frustration.

Why would Olsen come back here, after the way they treated him off season you wouldn't touch this place with a barge pole. Just seen a posting supposedly from DeSantis telling the keyboard warriors they know nothing about whats gone on and hinting there are problems with this club, rather than him leaving us in a mess the club should be looking at the mess they left him and his family in since he joined... If that's how some of the players feel its going to be very interesting to see how many of them stay next season.
