Hearing o’Connor wants out and Belfast could be the llikely destination. Guess he could take the Colin sheilds wagers that will be going spare.

Let's cut the crap.. hands down Dowd is the best brit forward by miles .. if he's available which I believe Smith won't meet his new demands any team would be crazy not to be interested ! It's that simple and Panthers have never replaced Clarkes goals and while Perlini is a decent player he will never be a 30 goal scorer Been a steeler for too long for my liking.. never any good when players come from up the road

I wouldn't be at all surprised with that one, I would imagine most of the MK team will be looking around the EIHL especially the Brits. They had some good players.

Anyone else think that Munson's already signed for next season. Killeen would be a good N/M to team up with

Rather have neither.
Let's find the next Robins/Kowalski. Spread the net, it can't be that small that we need to recruit 'weakly'

The guy is 23 years old and to say this is his first 'year' pro, he's done exceptionally. He arrived in late November having not iced since Spring 2018 and didn't really play much at all between November and January. He's played 13 games with a GAA of 2.12 and a SVS% of .932, of the two stats the latter is the most important and for a relatively inexperienced backup that's pretty good going. I want Munson back, preferably with another import goalie though. I think Munson is a bit of a gem and I could easily see him playing in leagues on par or better than the EIHL. However, to rely on a 23 year old to be the out and out starter, I don't think that would be entirely wise so along with Munson I'd opt for a more experienced goalie who wouldn't mind splitting the season, someone who can mentor him.

A Killeen/Munson tandem wouldn't be the worst thing in the world IMO.
Killenn is .910 in a team that gives up countless chances in the slot, clearly got some talent. Additionally I think we'd be outright insane to not bring Munson back after the start he's had, yes he's young but keep him around and develop him with a senior head to step in if it goes pear shaped from time to time.

Stewart is hoping to stay, trying to work a contract out as we speak but he's very keen to stay. If I'm hearing right he's also here free at the moment, paid his own way. Things will change depending on what we do in the playoffs. Also been told he's taking Hazeldine back to Toronto with him for 6 weeks training one to one.

Really not buying into the fuss of Patrick Munson. Granted he’s been very good and very hot in last 8 games or so but in his previous 8 games or so he’s looked very average at best.

I still think Stewart will be something to do with our coaching staff next year.

He hadn't played for a long long time before he signed, it's his first experience in a professional environment, he's 23 and playing in a very very inconsistent side. He was only playing in patches in those first 8 and in his last 8 (since being appointed Starter) he has been absolutely phenomenal in some games where he could have cracked, the first leg at Fife being a prime example. I'm not saying make him default starter, I just think it would be daft when he's demonstrated what he can do. Put him with another experienced head and he'll develop at a good rate I reckon.

Pete Russel our of the clan is also doing the rounds. I’m convinced he’s away. Between you guys and Steelers if you ask me. One or two mentions of Coventry doing the rounds as well. Closer to family.

Deluca Nottingham bound apparently Cracking player. Plays on the front foot and causes defenceman real problems when he attacks them one on one. Great shot and only 24.

If he’s as good as being made out to he would of shon from the start. Don’t get me wrong he’s playing very well atm, just shows how easy our fan base forget when he was bang average for his 1st 3/4 of matches.
