I can understand them not wanting to promote the live stream because they want fans to come. But, if they want away fans to come, a tip might be to stop putting a load of freebies in the top block. Away fans want to be partisan and mixing fans does nothing but cause problems.
A know people on here have called Panthers out for giving away tickets but Sheffied are giving away a hell of a lot more, their average attendance is as big a lie as ours,

I saw it announced yesterday on our Twitter. Edit - sorry, that was the one you'd mentioned about The Legend, my bad. But it is being shown: Fine time to announce it now 8 hours before face off. 🙄 Do they not think people have other things they might organise instead. #idiots Stuff em I’m doing something else now.

Always wary of Guptill, reminds me of Roy. A bit lazy but can create something out of nothing.

Think we're all fit now other than Dowd, although it's McFadden's first game in a month so he's not going to be 100% on it just yet.

Munson doesn't dress again. 🤔 If he's not going to play against bottom of the league, Rick's unlikely to play him against (the true) second from bottom of the league. It's 1 more.

Think we've got 13 tonight (16 in total, minus Olsen, Rissling and Munson?)

Munson doesn't dress again. 🤔 He can’t play,we’ve got our 13 allowed imports so Munson can’t play because of Risslings suspension. Munson,Rissling and Olsen in the stands.

Lost 3-1, ENG at the end.
Can't even beat the Yorks. Sack the lot of them.

This season has been such a disappointment. Thats 4 losses out of 5 to them in then league, a team who will be lucky to make the playoffs. Forwards underwhelmed again, always looking for the perfect goal, no tenacity to score the scruffy goal like Sheffield always seems capable of. Then the grade A chances that we do make, a lot of which positively came via Stewart, we fluff.
Perlini with an empty net shoots straight at Whistle, Pither all alone in front, shoots straight at Whistle, multiple goal mouth scrambles yet there was nobody capable of forcing their way and jamming the puck in. Guptill has carried this team at times but when he doesn’t there’s nobody else to take charge.
This season was a golden opportunity to stick the knife where it hurts and make them suffer, but instead we’re outdoing them and make our season as dissapointing as theirs.
I’m fed up with his team.

Whilst I find it highly unlikely that they actually overtake us at this point, if results go a certain way tomorrow they'll be 7 points behind us with 2 games in hand. Clearly the could still just as easily finish 10th but I can no longer take much pleasure in their poor season as ours isn't much better.

Luckily (?), to everyone else in the league, the Steelers are easy meat, so won't happen. One good thing from this is that Strachan has proven what we all knew, and won't be anywhere near the HC job next season.

and 2 pages after a loss to "them" tells you everything you need to know about the apathy pervading the whole of Nottingham Panthers right now.... depressingly low lack of passion seen everywhere relating to the panthers from the players and coach to the fans...

The players don’t know what it means to the fans, if they did each fixture this season would have some bad blood going into the next game. We’d see chippy games, plenty of hits, fights and true disappointment when they lose. 4 losses is a joke against the Yorkie puds

I remember a time when I would hardly ever miss a Steelers away game...the thought never even crossed my mind to go tonight.
Probably beat Giants 5-0 tomorrow now

Did some little calculations. Looked at how many games each team had left and then added however many points they got in those last however many games (so Panthers have 12 games left, looked at their last 12 games results, etc...):
Devils = 96 Points Giants = 92 Points Clan = 81 Points Panthers = 65 points Flyers = 64 points Blaze = 63 points Storm = 62 Points Flames = 61 points Stars = 61 Points Steelers = 57 points Lightning = 32 points
Here are results I used for each team in order of best percentage to worst:
Devils = 28 points from 17 games (0.824%) Clan = 27 points from 17 games (0.794%) Giants = 25 points from 16 games (0.781%) Storm = 17 points from 15 games (0.567%) Blaze = 20 points from 18 games (0.556%) Flames = 14 points from 14 games (0.5%) Stars = 16 points from 16 games (0.5%) Flyers = 17 points from 18 games (0.472%) Panthers = 10 points from 12 games (0.417%) Steelers = 11 points from 14 games (0.393%) Lightning = 4 points from 15 games (0.133%)
It's all just extrapolation and Panthers have an 'easier' run in with lots of home games, but Panthers should be worried about their form. Especially as 8 of their remaining 12 games are against those teams in the tight playoff hunt (Steelers, Flyers, Flames, Stars, Blaze and Storm - Clan should have 3rd place in the bag) where every point given away chips away at their own position. Admittedly it's pretty hard from here to actually miss the playoffs, but 3rd place is likely already gone and home advantage isn't a given anymore.
I'm also gonna make a prediction here - Panthers will be closer to Lightning on points than whoever wins the league.
