Missing out on what exactly? Was A time I’d be making sure I got my tickets early, now? Couldn’t care less. The games are tedious, shapeless affairs. For the first time ever since I start watching the Panthers I’m missing more games than I actually watch and the sad thing is I don’t care.

Less than 1,500 tickets available! Buy now to avoid missing out!! ...........and another load of freebies dished out in the bronze blocks. Meanwhile blocks 19 & 1 remain unsold and unopen! According to the seat plan there are just 11 tickets left in blocks 9-11, if it's anything like Sunday I bet you could stick a nought after the 11 and that's about how many 'non taken' seats there'll be on Saturday! 😡

I bet you could stick a 2 in front of the 11 and that’s how many empty seats there will be in bronze on Saturday. They’re taking the pee people. I was only last night reading a TCW interview with GM from a few years ago where Moran states he doesn’t agree with freebies because he doesn’t think it’s right that somebody who’s paid full price for a ticket should be sat next to somebody who’s paid nothing. Mmmm.....right O Gary ! 🙄

To be fair, I'm sure I've changed my mind on a few things over the last 20 years. Other people may have changed their views too?

Valdix of MK suspended for this one. Oooh that will hurt them. Plenty of room for him here: www.panthers.co.uk/home/extra-blocks-opened-upStrange how they leave it till the day before to open up further bronze blocks when blocks 9-11 have been (virtually) full since Monday! I wonder why that is?!

As regards events on the ice, here are the points totals accumulated by the 11 teams over their last 10 league games:
17 Cardiff, Dundee 14 Panthers 13 Belfast 12 Sheffield 11 Glasgow, Guildford 10 Milton Keynes 8 Fife, Manchester 5 Coventry
Panthers' record stands up OK notwithstanding last Sunday's game. Dundee (in particular) and MK's points totals show they are not to be taken lightly. Over the season, MK have the second-best GK in the league in terms of SVS% (Killeen, 92.8, just behind Beskorowany, 93.5). Garnett is fourth equal on 91.3.
In terms of individual performances over the last 10 games (8 League, 2 CC), top scorers are Guptill 16 (9+7), Hurtubise 10 (5+5), Kovacs 9 (3+6). Pither 9 (2+7), Tvrdon 8 (3+5), Betteridge 7 (4+3), Bolduc 7 (1+6), Richard 7 (1+6, 8 games) and Perlini 5 (2+3, 9 games). Of the D, Olsen, Hughes and Rissling all have 5. Garnett is averaging 91.15%, Munson 89.47%.
Team stats in those 10 games are as follows: Goals: 40-29 SOG: 356-317 Shot conversion rate: 11.23%-9.15% PIM: 186-139 PP: 8/31 = 25.81% PK: 8/49 = 83.67%
Key focuses in my view are getting more production out of lines 2-4 (which is why it would be very useful to have Rheault and Henderson back ASAP). I think this would enable Pither in particular to thrive in his most dangerous areas rather than having to take the puck from deeper himself. Perlini is also a bit of worry and doesn't seem to have settled on any line, either at centre on the wing. RC is tinkering a bit with lines 2-4 (especially in the absence of a 12th genuine forward) but, after 4 defeats with the odd line underperforming, that's not surprising. It goes without saying that our GK duo will have to be at the top of their game over the next 16 days, during which we have 9 games, more than any other team apart from Glasgow. Over the period from Friday 21 Dec to 6 Jan, Belfast, Coventry and Fife have 7 games, whilst Cardiff, Dundee, Guildford, Manchester and Sheffield have 8.

Poor 1st and 2nd, okay 3rd but only after MK started to fall apart. Overall a similar performance to the last couple of weeks except tonight our opposition were worse.

Can't really argue with that summation. Where did Bolduc & Tvrdon go? Injured no doubt - perhaps don't fancy 10 hours on the bus tomorrow?! May go a bit further & say MK were crap. There supporters deserve a medal for keeping up there encouragement despite having a poor team.
