So looks like Giants will go back to the top of the tree tonight, 4 up in the 3rd.
You'd imagine both they (v Dundee) and Cardiff (v MK) will win tomorrow, so it'll likely come down to Devils @ Blaze on Sunday and possibly the tie-breaker rules if Coventry can upset their old mates. So, who's in pole position if the points are tied?

So, who's in pole position if the points are tied? If it’s tied on points the Giants would win the title on more total wins. Manchester beating MK 1-4 tonight so if that result holds that means Blaze are in big trouble to make the play offs. They’ve got to play Manchester away in a huge game and Devils home this weekend.

Interesting about Manchester v Coventry, if Blaze lose then it makes Devils' job that bit harder at the Skydome on Sunday. Might not be all over just yet, might live to regret that poor slip against Dundee the other day.

Ignore that, if they lose to Manchester it's over for them.

Yep And assuming Steelers beat MK then Fife are going to have to take a point off Clan in their double header this weekend or Panthers are gonna get Steelers in the QF. The way Fife are playing i wouldn’t bet on them getting that point either.....they got outshot tonight 52-17. 😳

Anyway playing us in The Quarters instead of Belfast/Cardiff should be motivation enough.
Was Owen playing against Belfast?

Yes Owen played until it was 3-0 i think. If Fife are down to only nine imports then even a point is a tough ask.

Flyers WILL get a least 1 point from their matchups with the Clan. On current form you could ice both teams combined and still come up with a side playing like a set of punctured bagpipes. Scotland WILL NOT be represented at the Play-Offs Finals Weekend this year. Thank the Lord. No nobbly knees on display under the ill-fitting kilts. In general Scottish hockey is on a par with their third rate football team.

Oh go on,that would be excellent. 🤞 I think that Guildford will win against Dundee, they are at home, Dundee may not have much left seeing as they are out of The Play Offs. I'm assuming that The Flames will start Carrozi and I'm guessing that he'll want to put in a case for being their starting Netminder for The Play Offs. No idea what will happen between Fife and Glasgow however though.

Seems both sets of fans on Twitter happy to lose to one another to avoid playing Flames and have the prospect of playing us instead.... who can blame them, with Jissling & Guptill out for the first leg, along with Lee injured, we look good for the taking... the Flames on the other hand are my dark horse tip to win it outright.

Yup I don't see Panthers making the final 4 tbh.

The Fife V Glasgow game should be some spectacle then. Starting Netminders should be interesting. If Panthers aren't winning The Play Offs, hopefully The Flames do. They are good to watch, no real shenanigans to make you dislike them. A team I can root for instead of the team that's playing The Steelers.

Yup I don't see Panthers making the final 4 tbh. If we get the Clan we'll be through. They're on a 7 game losing streak and can't beat a team with only 9 imports. They've only won 1 of their last 12.

7.07 left in Coventry. Blaze just missed a penalty shot. Kind of wish I'd bought the webcast.

I’ve never been so glad to create a thread that got it so wrong.
I’m actually chuffed at no threepeat. Partly because I’ll never have to read threepeat again
