Not looking good for what? Strachs or any improvement from the Neilson era. The second of those ships sailed in October.

At the moment it’s looking rather like Panthers v Fife in the PO quarters you would think.

Panthers-Steelers quarter final Steelers would have to have a very good last 13 games and Fife a real shocker to make that happen.

Belfast have been invited to the CHL and it looks like they're taking it

Good for them, it's a great competition. Blacky's jealousy levels must be peaking about now

They are saying that if Belfast win the league, then the runners up get the other spot.
That's Cardiff then?

Cardiff and Belfast could have a place in the chl for the next 10 years and won't emulate what Panthers did by winning their group!

Shouldn't have DOPS announced any suspensions from last weekend now?

Gleason Fournier's +/- continues to be astonishing this season. Second in overall league points scoring, he leads the +/- table at +53, by an astounding +23 over Darcy Murphy. In 44 games, he's had 4 - games, 7 even, the rest (33) at least +1. He hasn't had a - game since 22 December, and is +30 in the 17 games since. His worst game of the season was a -3 game (on ice for all 3 goals against) 4th November, against, you guessed it, the Panthers....

I see there’s a lot more to the Doug McKay thing at Mk. He claims he hasn’t been paid a sizeable amount of money and was sacked for alledged gross misconduct rather than him quitting as was reported when they parted company. He’s now got the EIHL involved and it looks like it will go down the legal route. 😳 Quite an article in the Sheffield Star about it.

However I would point out that while there seems to be lots of bad noise emanating about non-payment, lack of funds, etc... On the ice at least they are nothing like Caps. Caps at this point in a season would be losing by 5-10 goals, not leading at the table topping Devil's.
