Just as an illustration of why I spend time doing that, here's the screen shot of the moment Cardiff's 4th goal went in. It clearly shows the Panthers players at that instant as 6/54/49/67/74. The gamesheet has the Panthers on-ice players as 21/27/45/74/93. That's not a dig at Cardiff either, I think I've had similar from almost every team in the league at some stage this season. It may not make much difference, but it's not right, is it? Anyway... Attachments:

If I may, some stats from the Scottish weekend, and a few general notable ones. Excluding the PS, there were 16 goals scored in those games. Rissling was on ice for 12 of them, ending up the weekend -2. Hurtubise scored his first goal since game 31, 22 December vs Lightning. Perlini was -4 for the weekend, Henderson, Lacho and Billingsley -3. Guptill (4 points) and Hurtubise (3) both +3. Pither 1 point in his last 7 games, Richard 1 in 8. The team is +30, Hughes at +18 and Perlini at -6 are the bookends. Panthers were 92 for 205 in face-offs over the weekend, Guptill went an excellent 13 for 20, and Bolduc a shocking 20 for 61. Bolduc, somewhat head scratchingly, led the team in face-offs taken for the weekend. Special teams stats were 1 for 5 on the PP, 10 for 12 on the PK. That is very similar to the team's season long stats. 488 seconds on the PP, 1068 seconds on the PK. Pither took his 25th minor penalty of the season vs Fife, 8 have led to a PP goal scored against.

THAT other club owned by our 'leader'is doing well. After a game last night they are 7 games in hand over us and only 7 points behind us.

Last 5 games, Bolduc is 23 for 81 on face offs. Only Pither has taken more (86) but he's won 39 (which is a lowly 45% for him). Guptill is 20 for 31 in that time.

I see Colin Shields overtook Clarke as the all time EIHL leading point scorer this weekend. Was bound to happen I suppose. Is that likely to be beaten by any current players, Dowd perhaps?

Yes he did.... Moved a point ahead of David Clarke with 972 points to Clarkeys 731 according to EIHL site. Mmmm 🤔🙄🤣

Never interested in era (either sponsor or league type) stats.....the All time is far better. Wish I could get my hands on those but , bar clubs possibly holing their own and us tallying them up I doubt the governing body care.
We Fo gave these for the national team though.

And in English Spik ? 🤣 Oops, embarrassed. Apart from the spelling, (not spell checking) part. I'm all for all-time stats which are what it says, the career records. Not these part era stats that are only the most recent figures. Might as well add these just now for the forthcoming GB action in May. Net minders 'games played' - dressed for. Stephen Lyle 82 Steven Murphy 66 Ben Bowns 39 Bill Morrison 33 William Clark 31 John Puller 31 Stephen Foster 31 Jimmy Foster 29 Derek Metcalf 26 Joe Watkins 25 John McCrone 23 Ronnie Milne 16 Martin McKay 15 Stan Simon 13 Stan Christie 13 Harold Smith 13 Now the 'games played in' Stephen Lyle 46 Steven Murphy 39 Jimmy Foster 24 Ben Bowns 27 Bill Morrison 17 John McCrone 17 Stephen Foster 16 Stan Simon 13 Joe Watkins 12 Vic Gardner 10

Here's something interesting. Rob Farmer has scored 7 goals this year, 4 of them have been game winners. 3 of those 7 goals have been PPG. All 3 of those were GWGs.

League table updated.
Robert Farmer these last two games has moved into 12th place ALL TIME in the Pims chart. Moving one pim above Gavin Fraser now with 593 Pims total.
Stephen LEE has only 17 more games to play to catch Chic Zamicks career total for Nottingham.

A side issue with GB. Played well tonight in Coventry.ME and about 2,000 Brit. Latvians were there watching Dinamo RIGA from the KHL lose. They only woke up in the third to 'have a go' at us on powerplays with middle-period 6 man attacks (netminder off)...which worked and had us backs to the wall. But we prevailed and showed a good contest. 3-1 win with an empty netter.
5 more games. TWO in a tri tournament with Italy and Hungary and two games versus another visiting team. Before we head off to Slovakia and that World Championship playing the elite national teams. But not before one more friendly challenge versus Slovakia who are in our group.

League updated. - and as feared, Glasgow are now on our tail. Player stats to be updated later...more important things ahead for me.
LEE should be playing his 600th game ALL-TIME for Panthers tonight.
Lepine moves into 6th place all-time for Pims now.

Interesting results...as we fight it out with Glasgow (who case us in the league), Cardiff falter as Giants do against us.
LEAGUE updated.
STEPHEN LEE plays his 600th game for Nottingham.

Another quirky one. To the best of my knowledge...
Panthers have not scored a 5 on 3 goal in the league this season, despite nine opportunities and a combined 605 seconds at 5 on 3. The other way on, Panthers have conceded seventeen 5 on 3s in all, and conceded on four of them. Five of these 5 on 3s were caused by two separate minors being called at the same time. Two of them on one game (27th December at Steelers).

Opps. Nottingham out of the CUP then losing 1-3 at home.
THIRTEEN games to go then?

Another quirky one.
Ollie Betteridge has as many even strength goals this year as Hurtubise, and more even strength points than Bolduc.

In the 10 league games since Strachan/Henderson took over, only 3 players are +. Farmer and Guptill +2, Hughes +4. All the rest are either even or -. Rheault is -6, Henderson, Billingsley and Rissling (who's missed 5 of those games!) are -5.

To note FARMER hits the 600 all-time Pims - now on 601. Lee only 7 games away from Zamick's appearance total.
