Jason Williams. Macmillan to be gassed. why in the world would you gass macmillan? Well I've heard it's him or Carter. After his 'chinstrap hattrick' tonight Carter may have bought a little more time

Jason Williams. Macmillan to be gassed. why in the world would you gass macmillan? 1pt in 16 games and a key part of a bang average PK unit. Shouldn't have been brought back from last season.

yeah. After 2 games we would probably have a injury anyway. Supposed to be a defensive forward. Scores no points. Which you could deal with if he was good in his own end. He's not. 👋🏻

McGrattan does his job well - an enforcer brought in for his physical play rather than point scoring. MacMillan does not do his job well - a two-way forward who was brought in to contribute at both ends of the ice equally. He was first brought in after being labelled as a defensive forward in the VHL and publically expressed wishes of establishing himself more offensively because he didn't like being just a defensive forward!

I agree Macmillan isn't playing well but we would be better off keeping him as a spare than sacking him.

Can't deny I thought Brian would get a few points but Neilson is notoriously bad at working the enforcer position to his benefit.

If we are bringing in fresh blood we're not short of candidates to be gassed. Mediocrity all over the ice.

Would happily take him and see Macmillan gone, decent pedigree and plenty of experience.

Compared to last season, MacMillan has been a disappointment... but I'd still ditch McGratten first. What a major disappointment he's turned out to be...

I see MacMillan as a complete waste of space. Didn't see the hype last year. Benny was a 2 way, defensive, grinder forward. Mac is just a coaster. Turned it on for a few games at the end of last season and thats it. Brown just does the job better. Don't rate McGratton either but always a tough job following Cam. Enough scoring and a full team and McGrattin can forefill his role. MacMillan brings nothing.

Hope the rumour is right, but I can't see it. Williams plays for Riitten in Italy and was top scorer in the other group two weeks ago.
If we don't get him,at least we will see what might have been in the Super Final.

That resume is something, 80 games 58 points in one season in the NHL, that's a good player. I can't see him replacing MacMillan though, completely different roles. If anyone Carter?

But we need to balance the team out better. Get rid of one of the grinders and bring in somebody capable of some serious points output. Macmillan for Williams would achieve that.
