I personally think he was their weakest link last year, so unless they sign a Davis Parley or Even Lindsay they will only improve. And yet he still had the 2 nd best stats in the league and won the numerous awards . Where ever he goes he will be a major plus , the fact that he is British allows the team to utilise there imports better , especially with the limited amount of British d men and forwards on offer . The same thing happened with Muskrat in Sheffield. He wasn't rated as a very good NM but the squad in front of him made him look good and I think this has happened with Murphy.

Except they'd have had to give up someone else to accommodate an import netty, possibly making them weaker elsewhere, maybe they end up winning nothing? Who knows.

Stats do tell a different story. But in my opinion, when Murphy concedes, he would normally "want that one back". I suppose the question is if you swapped him for Bowns, would either do better at the other club? IMO Bowns may of won Giants more than the league (and the Conference) and Hull may not of made the Playoff QF.

Its like saying "if Penalty wasn't called we would of won." - Well it is correct, In an infinite universe of possibilities, We would of won. We also Lost. We also lost quite heavily. We also had a goalie fight. we had the 2 linos fight over an icing call.

I don't think so. It took more than Murphy to choke in those games they clutched defeat out of the jaws of victory. They are not a team for the sprint. Something they need to address if they want more than one trophy.
There issue is fixable but systemic. Time will tell how they address that.

Supposedly Jeff Legue is to be revealed as a new signing for the Sheffield Steeldogs. Steeldogs saying "biggest signing in their history and in the EPL this summer". That'll definitely shake things up in Sheffield

Would have thought Adams would have wanted him back but maybe not. He should rack up some big points playing in that league.

That'll definitely shake things up in Sheffield I'd heard (from Steelers fans out in Vilnius) that the big Steeldogs signing is likely to be Legue or Sarich... I'd be more inclined to believe the latter.

Lacho & Lee off to the ECHL: Evansville Icemen (currently home of former Panther, Gui Lepine).

If they do leave I wouldn't be surprised to see the import limit raised by a player as that will be a big number of top line brits leaving the EIHL Zajac, Quiney, Towe, Lee, Lachowicz and possibly even more without many able to make the jump up from the lower leagues.

Do what the likes of belfast and sheffield have done/are suggesting to be done and thats pinch the best of the other teams in the league. This may be the reason that apart from belfast the only players being signed so far for any teams are brits....

Realistically who is available that would fill the roles left by those two that would come to us.

cardiff have alot of unrest at the minute with rumours of Richardson going to sheffield, surely we could beat any offer they can make especially as it is also rumoured they want alot of their imports and the very expensive dowd back... Plenty of improving brits at other clubs if the management were prepared to look and put their money where their mouth is...

Rumour from Twitter that the st Charles chill won't be back for a second season in the CHL. Maybe a massive chance to get Foxy back. I'd throw every thing we can at him to get him back here

Ive been following the panthers for 23 years and Foxy is the first player I have ever thought that you should throw everything at to try and get to sign. Players like him don't come around very often at all.

That's strange cos their season tickets are already on sale for next season. Is it another Foxy quote on Twitter that has set the tongues wagging? Just wondered cos he does enjoy a wind up. Unless he leaves Hilary at home can't see him moving anyway to be honest. We can always hope tho'

Just seen on twitter that its confirmed that Chill wont be in CHL next season, They only managed one season in the CHL, Would be a good chance for Foxy to come back now then
