If you have a seat ticket, believe me you'll end up just standing in front of the plexi glass, because where the away fans sit with most of the seats you cant see all the rink. Dont ask!, you'll see what I mean when you get there.
Oh, and by the way watch out for polar bears trying to pinch your coat and scarf. Planet Ice in Basingstoke is one of the coldest places on earth. Make sure you wear something warm!!!
One last thing, the girl who stands on the door has had a charisma byepass. If you dont have a ticket she will make you stand outside, you wont be allowed in to use the bar, etc until about 30 mins befor face off.
Apart from that enjoy the game ;D ;D

When I bought my tickets over the phone I was told 4 blocks are for away fans.I am in P near to the red line (assumed) and the next block is near full anyway. The row is D (the back row) and I believe this is on the balcony.Seats nearer may suffer obstruction of a rail etc...IF I have to stand or am near the plexi OR cant get a pint on my away day outing from work there will be MORE fireworks on Sunday. ;D

The back rows in P and Q seem to be best as you can stand and lean about without annoying other people to get a good view and have a better angle to the far end of the ice than the seats nearer the center. However as HL says, standing round the side of the rink is best, for view, atmosphere and a quick exit to Costa Coffee during the breaks.
For anyone wanting photos the bench area is open to stand in normally during warm up and gives a rinkside view without any plexiglass (at the risk of your face and camera).

Last time I went I got a seat that was next to a metal pillar, so I could only see one half of the ice, but like HL said I stood up for the game. And it is blooming freezing!!

But yes i agree, we could do with a decent coffee cart at match nights!
