Anyone heard anything about where he's going to end up? I guess Coventry are favorites especially if Danton can't come...

If Farmer becomes available and we dont sign him it will be a crime of arrogance.

If Farmer becomes available and we dont sign him it will be a crime of arrogance. You appear to be assuming that if a player is available, the only deciding factor is whether we want him or not. That's not how it works...

Isn't he in Kazakhstan or somewhere next season?
As for toughness - i think my flannel is tougher than him. He's game for a scrap, but he's not very good at it and it'll be a matter of time before someone seriously injures him.

I believe Farmer had an agreement with the Blaze that he wouldn't sign in the UK for anyone else, if Danton is denied as rumoured then a cheaper import and Farmer would make give them extra depth.

The only way he wont be back at the blaze is if they cant afford him

He scored at 0.90ppg and his PIM's were 1.86pg So he scores at nearly a point a game and takes an average of 1 penalty per game. I think that would be a good addition to our squad personaly and he will only improve aswell as he is only 21. So what if he cant fight, if he is taking an oponents import player to the box with him he is helping us out. Not many people also realise how good he is in a penalty shot situation aswell. I say sign him up if we can.

Farmer would be a good addition and it isnt like Coventry have extra money as Dalton is still on the cards there.
Whether or not he would sign for anyone else who knows but it isnt like Thomo has the draw of picking his players for GB anymore....

Good for the Clan, and for the League in general. Not good for EIHL if we loose all our top Brits.

Glad my season ticket money is being well spent.
Great signing for the clan, horrific for Panthers, unless they are going to feed him to us in a couple of years?

Interesting.
As soon as he gets this idea into his head that tall = tough, it all goes downhill. If he sticks to playing hockey he's pretty good, a little overrated IMO but the talent is there. He has the potential to either be incredible or absolutely the biggest waste of money and/or talent this league has ever seen, just depends on his attitude.
