Where's the best place to sit? I don't make it to many home games so don't know the seating plan too well and when I do go I always seem to get bad luck when picking seats. It's either a poor view (like from right next to the bench or by the concrete round the comentary box) and if not a poor view I end up in the middle of the quietest block in the arena amongst people who look like they'll start sshhhing me if I start cheering. What end/corner/side/block is good for atmosphere? and any reason to sit particularly far forward or back for an unobstructed view? Cheers in advance!

Thats about 4000 seats, so thats about 4000 different opinions!!! ;D For my money , and I do spend a lot at the NIC, there is no better place than in the upper numbers of rows C to G in block 5. Obviously just a personal opinion, but both the view and the atmosphere is great, you can harangue the Stripeys and applaud Jan Krulis when he steps out of the penalty box again and again. Pretty well booked up with Season tickets in that area, but you are assured a great welcome is you can find a seat in this area - if you like sarcastic comments and pi$$ takes that is. See ya at the game...........

If you prefer a library type atmosphere go for 15 or 16.

Obviously its all about opinions but I prefer 7 or 13. My season ticket is in 7. Head for rows L - T around about numbers 15 -20 and you'll find yourself roughly in line with the goal line.

Always knew you were a man of good taste HL I get the corresponding view from Block 13 and damn good it is too. Saves a lot of head turning for the lazy ones amongst us.

Saves a lot of head turning for the lazy ones amongst us. A major bonus of where we sit MP, that is. When my sister Emma had whiplash after a car accident she couldn't move her head around, but she could still watch the game perfectly from our seats high in block 13. I've always preferred sitting further back because I like to get the overview of the whole ice. Mind you, I do like to be closer every now and then so I can give a few choice pearls of wisdom to the players and officials.

Our season tickets are for Block 4 Row L and I love my seat, some nice people sit next to us and it's a great view.......
We are right above the block entrance so we have somewhere to lean and somewhere other than the floor to rest our pints!!!

One of the best seats in the house belongs to a blonde lass who sits around the block 12 - 13 area. Tight jeans and a great wiggle. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

RH12, I'm pretty sure there's some non season ticket seats on that row ... Block 5, Row F (somewhere around seats 8,9,10 I think) ... give it a go, you wont regret it! Oh, and we like a good chant when we get going too!

BJ JJJ Worm sits the otherside of Keith and Helen (I think next to helen) I will say that there is chanting coming across the rink from the mob in block 5 usualy it's Daniel Scott.. Daniel Scott. Daniel Scott (Etc... Etc...) Then there is the "REF-ER-REE" at top of the voice and high pitched enough to set off Car alarms outside from Helen. Oh and Emma's "Come on Panthers" Which I herd back in Notts when she was in France it's that loud. I will say that Block 17 Row C is a little disapointing in atmosphere as ther is 5 empty seats next to me so normaly not regular fans of the hockey. Can't knock the view though.

Block 5 row F seats 12 & 13 are non season ticket seats. I think it's 13 that's right on the centre line (not 100% sure of that). If I go on my own that's where I always try and sit, if that fails there’s usually a seat or 2 around the centre of rows J & K. I've never managed to get seats in that area when with other people though - probably 'cos I leave it too late. BTW, if you want to sit around there it helps if you like Daniel Scott

I assumed they were non ST as faces change each week, and I was probably out on my estimation on the numbers. And yes, telling the Coach when to ice #61 is compulsory! ;D

MY SEAT, but your not having it because i sit there.
I am quite high up so have no unsighted spots
I am on the blue line(well just inside it nearer the red line) so can call offsides and shout at lines man that it was off side lol
i am right at the end of the row seat 25 so have more room to strecth out
and i am right next to the gold block (basically in it) but don't have to pay the same as they do.
PS anyone who want to sit near me ;D lol block 16 row P seats 23 and 22 are not season ticket holders (even though the same people sit there week in week out

Block 6 is a good block to sit in, rather boistrous at times in their comments. Block 15 gives you a good view, but at Therepy says, it's a tad quiet Ssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I'd change your aftershave if I were you Warren I agree that Block 5 is the best, I sit near this BJ chap (he follows me around a lot - I think he likes me) and Reg Holdsworths son
