Thats right you don't have to keep defending yourself. You did nothing wrong. Cloutier should be the one this morning thinking how do i get out of this one. As for Chamberlin he is out of the same mould as Farmer all mouth and little or nothing to back it up. Difference is Farmer will have a go if he does always get battered. Forget about it now and lets enjoy doing shuff this afternoon.

Chamberlain wants to act the big man then send the Guillepine in Mate my son has more dignity and decorum than me, he would have won the battle with words and intelligence. He is the nicest person you could wish to meet away from his day to day job. I unfortunately don't have that anger outlet facility, so sometimes it spills out of me. We are alike in that we like to see fairness and justice, he has self control (to an extent) and wouldn't fight for anything less than a 5-6 figure sum. I don't look to start issues but I'm happy to contribute to finishing them. Anyway, it's cloth-ear who should be embarrassed today not me. Totally unprofessional, the idiot on twitter who said I tried to fight chambermaid was obviously not in view, he was in my face pushing me and I was trying to dodge around him to speak to cloth-ear and avoid the acid breath coming through his cage. I'm looking forward to a cracking game tonight, safe travels up everyone.

I was with Mark as well, nothing below the belt was mentioned in the exchange, nothing that should cause the reaction it did. I was shocked in fairness. Funnily enough, it was about as ballsy as Chamberlain got all evening in trying to put himself between you and Cloots

I find some people very strange, you know the sort of people who watch tv and complain about a program on the channel they are watching. There are hundreds of other channels, don't watch!!

Like I said very immature, all you get is people making immature comments. "All" you get? Very sweeping statement there. I presume that you include yourself (going by some of your comments on THF, you should anyway). By all means, feel free to post constructively on here - we get fans from all clubs doing so, and very welcome they are too. But if all you are going to do is come out with comments like that, then don't let the door hit you on the way out...

Crickey. I was not there and had left when all that kicked off. Surely it is in order to explain very unprofessional behaviour from sportsmen who should know better. Seemingly my earlier comments about Chamberlain was not misplaced and neither was the other comment from Kesler about Cloutier. Surely professionals whatever they are paid have to behave better than that. What I was going to add to an earlier post, before I read all that, was how little off rink agro you see at ice hockey. I sat next to an 81 year old lady and in front was a kid aged about 2 in Panthers gear.

Anyone know if Hull have an equivalent of the Cage? I would like to see their view of this one........ There is a Stingrays forum page on facebook where there's a few rattles being thrown out of prams right now!!! Apparently some of our fans are now banned from the Hull Arena although how enforceable that is I don't know....

There was an article on the stingrays website last week When Cloutier asked for discipline from the team www.hullstingrays.com/discipline-is-key-cloutier-p173437We he not listen or read his own ramblings!! As for the enfrocements of certain supporters being no longer welcome at Hull...on what grounds and does it have any legal standing. if so could we ban a certain individual from our place (not naming anybody!)

Perhaps you would like to give an example of this immature posting rather than just throwing accusations about? Your own position is however pretty weak, a rather pathetic dig at the Panthers abilities in the mould of my dad's bigger than your dad and the petty, childish over-reaction of your own team.

As for the enfrocements of certain supporters being no longer welcome at Hull... talk about biting the hand that feeds, after this little episode from their own teams players their lucky to have the number of panthers fans that show up each time we play there, its not our fans who want banning. i won't be putting anymore money into the stingrays away fan takings pot while cloutier is still there after this.

As I've posted elsewhere. Had the Zamboni door been closed then I daresay this wouldn't have kicked off as much as it did. Still, while I have only heard one version of events (your fans), there are no excuses for what happened near the end IMO, the players 100% should not have got involved and 100% should not have left the ice again IMO.
One thing I would like to say though is that perhaps the same questions need to be posed to your captain for posting the following:
"To the classless guy who made jokes about young Josh ward breaking his jaw tonight..the boys would like to meet u after the next game "
Regardless of what was said by the Stingrays fan which was again classless and wrong (though remember sticks and stones etc etc.), I feel in this day and age it is just as unprofessional and just as classless to say that be in online or in person.
That in itself is a pretty stupid and dangerous comment to make IMO.
Just a point anyway.
I would also add that I love having your fans in the Arena, always makes for a great atmosphere and in recent times (though not so much last night) a great game.
Oh, forgot one thing. Chamberlain is 16 in his debut season, I don't think much else needs to be said about him, he's making a name for himself and he will learn that he doesn't have to play that kind of game when he's fully developed. For the time being that's the game he plays. Reminds me almost exactly of Ryan Lake when he was younger.

The difference here is our fans were commenting on actions of your players during the game not insulting one of your injured players, however I agree Meyers should not have tweeter that.

True but taking the sticks and stones analogy, though it was 100% classless and indefensible, it was just words spoken to Ward, so for Meyers to post that, well it's not far off what happened with the Rays players. Like I say I'm not defending the Rays fan or necessarily what the team did, I just don't think Meyers tweet should go unnoticed, particularly as it may/could potentially have ramifications for the next game..

We've had to gride out wins in the last two games at hull and we need to carry that for the rest of the season no when we go to tough places like braehead, cardiff and coventry. Also agree with go stingrays, after what happened with cloutier and member/s of our fans, danny should not be making comments like that. Saying that, it could be just a mistake, Danny very rarely steps out of line with his words in interviews/on twitter etc and would 99.9% always have my backing with what he says!
