So who does everyone think will be our top points scorer during the tournament?
I'll go for Kalmikov with 3+2

Interesting! I'll go JC with 3+4. *crosses fingers* I just hope this is the time when some of our offensive players break out of their slump. Kalmikov is playing well, and has 5 assists in 9 games which I think is okay, but one goal for a player of his undoubted skill isn't good enough. Tvrdon, Craighead & Cadotte all have 2 goals, which again isn't good enough. Thank the Heavens for Ivan & Clarke or we'd be in a right scoring funk

Anyone else got their tickets yet and care to translate that McDonalds offer on the back of them. As much as I hate the place it may come in handy. I'd rather eat process *** that they serve instead of slimy snails and frogs and stuff ;D
Slight edit - Best not to say things like that where McDs are concerned. They won't see it as humour and nobody wants a day in court. (MP)

Didn't pay it too much attention but from what I remember it was something to do with a free burger!
French food is great though!! (frogs legs + snails aside admittedly!) So theres no excuse for Maccy D's everyday!
Does anyone know of any dishes that are typical of Picardy?

Got my 'Amiens'' t-shirt now - it's BRILLIANT! Just off to town to borrow a camera - went in for repair (only 5 months old) and as it's not back John Lewis are lending me another camera. Might just wear the t-shirt and stroll past Starbucks ;D Hey - don't forget your passports folks! We don't want to leave you behind.

Sat waiting for my lift to arrive in 20 minutes or so then off on Eurotunnel.
Saw Clarkie and Moran walking through town this morning about 10.30.
Robin Hood hats are packed.
Hope everyone has a safe trip over.
On the town tonight, so look out Amiens!

To everyone going to Amiens - have fun, cheer loud and long, and do our team proud, and most of all, come back safely! To everyone not going to Amiens - the Cage Chat is open (though I won't be there Friday as I'll be at work ) and the webcast is set.... To the Panthers - GOOOO PPAAANNNTTTHEEERSSS *modified cos I can't get the colour thing to work so I gave up*
