Still need a major overhaul in the summer. Squad has very little depth and a lot of substandard players. Joe Kinnear had Forest playing like world beaters his first few months in charge, then the shine wore off and crap players went back to being crap. Although before anyone says it, no you can't compare Kenny with Joe!
Controversially I think the best thing for Liverpool would be Gerrard moving on in the summer. For too long his shortcomings and poor games have been overlooked and the strength of focus on him to pull them out the mire means a lack of focus on other problems. I doubt it'll happen but I think there's just a little too much sentiment and not enough reasoned thinking where Gerrard is concerned.

PIM totally agree especially given the sway and bad partial decision making off the pitch by Gerrard and Carragher over the last 9 or so months.
Agree need more depth but the January dealings look hopeful although Caroll is a massive gamble, one other problem eradicated though that Chelsea now need to solve Torres is only happy to be a lone striker, this was our problem and meant players like Crouch and Keane could not work in the formations required to suit Fernando!
i thought Kinnear was a good manager , however I think Davies is far better if you can keep him!

Totally agree on Torres, I thought that Torres and Gerrard were the two biggest problems earlier in the season, for different reasons, but neither were really helping create a 'team' mentality (to be fair to Gerrard that is not intentional, he's just become too much of a focal point)
I think Billy is the best manager we've had since, well you know who. I genuinely rate him that highly in terms of his managerial skills. I do, however, think he needs to curb his ranting a little. He goes all out when a little restraint could probably benefit us in the long run. I would love to see what he can do with some cash behind him in the PL. Will ND trust him to spend it? I think he might. Better the devil you know and all that. Huge few months trentside, massive.

I think BD is learning lessons from last season, sure we over achieved and BD had a fantastic season but he just overdid it a little with regards to moaning about transfers after the transfer window shut and that couldn't have installed much confidence into the players at the club. This year, he can't speak highly enough of the players at the club, he still claims that we still don't quite have enough for an automatic place but I put that down to him wanting to take the pressure off himself and the players. It has been a fantastic few months to be a Forest fan though. Last season really felt like a team that were still gelling and weren't quite there yet but this year, whilst still having room for improvement, it really feels like a promotion season. A win on Sunday and suddenly I think we'd be odds on to go up, that's how much I rate 3 points at QPR.

Nice to see the err..'Best fans in the world' actually bothering to turn up for games again. There treatment of Hodgson was disgraceful - they should hold their heads in shame. Who have Liverpool got lined up when Daglish quits because of stress (again!) ;D HL

HL nice fishing trip guess you know nothing about my team or their fans,
To seek to use the aftermath on one man emotions after going to 96 funerals says more about you than I ever could!
As for Hodgson never was good enough and (cough) Megson (cough)
