According to mr BS himselfs facebook he is predicting that following Sproats decision to quitc another high profile player is about to leave the league. The names that seem to be doing the rounds are
Galbraith Tait (as he doesnt get along with Simon) Mcmorrow Globke
Anyone heard anything?

I don't think he's predicting. Simmsey speaks - generally -from an informed position.
My money would be on McMorrow leaving Dundee.
The guy has been getting paid £££ for having a fight every other game, which ain't winning games, and or putting bums on seats.

Out of the names ive heard this to me was the one i thought most likely to happen, Mcmorrow is only usefull on a team that can win consistantly him fighting once a game isnt going to be enough to bring in the punters if the team is getting hammered every week.

Jade - not a chance, you only have to talk to him to see how happy he is in Nottingham plus he gets on extremely well with Corey, he quite openly admits he owes a lot to Corey for sticking by him and nurturing through the problems he had when he first arrived in Nottingham. Unlike Sproat who it seems never really settled, guys like Jade seem to make Nottingham their home rather than a temporary stop off.
McMorrow has to be the smart money. They are not stupid those hockey fans north of the border and a good number of Dundee fans would rather have a guy who can play I think.

Actually, naaah, i doubt he'd come. It would be a cold day in hell before Tait came back to the panthers and to be honest i dont think we need him anyway. And i cant stand the guy anyway, i thought Tony Hand used to whinge at the reffs alot but Tait just takes the urine its sometimes hard to see where the reff finishes and Tait begins hes that far up them

I've heard two rumours over the past couple of days and I stress they are only rumours.
1) Ashley Tait leaving Sheffield to go to Coventry due to a fall out with Ben Simon
2) Rob Globke to leave Steelers

Surprised anyone can fall out with Simon to that degree as he seems like a top bloke however if anyone could manage it you'd have to say it's Tait!
Thank's for the 'heads up' on Globke Jono ;-)

I've also heard the Globke rumour.
If it's true, he's leaving due to not being paid. However the Tait rumour has come out of the blue I can't see that. But you never know I suppose

I don't see how money can be coming in. We aren't even breaking the 3000 for crowds.
Personally I don't believe the statements by the Phillips family, just spin to calm down the fans.

You spin everything the other way though Joe. I don't trust most of the stuff people come out with on steeltalk as so many seem to have an agenda or strong alleigances. Personally I just want to see hockey.

Would this even be allowed...? (Can't see this one happening myself, but then - what do I know?)

I would presume it would depend on his contract, if he signed a contract saying that he cannot leave for another EIHL team then he probably can not, but if he didn't then they should be no rule against it.

tHink the maximum you can play for is 2 teams in the league, Troy Neumier i think brought that rule about as he ended up playing for 3 teams one year. Belfast Hull and one other think it might have been Blaze as injury cover.

Globke has been seen with his head down. He could be depressed.
i hope it is one of the Steelers players because they haven't been paid. what a S storm that would throw up.
