Sheff said they have signed a player but couldn't name him as was playing this weekend. So Jade or Voth then? Apparently announcement is tomorrow.

Heard from a reliable source that Jade is coming back and wants to retire here. Also heard the majoity are coming back and the only one that is 100% not coming back in Dom and Gascon looking unlikely.

+I heard Corey has been talking to Weaver, which must mean Corey has signed as coach again, but not sure how true that is!

Well the rumours that I heard ended up getting silly.
IF all is to be believed, then Steelers are running with 100 imports (every import in the league just gone plus some more to be sure) and dressing the 11 that fit the bill.
This is a double bonus for them, as not only are forcing new chemistry amongst the other teams but, they increase the attendance by 89 every home game by the imports sitting in the stands.
Seriously though, Some of the rumours that were going round were beyond farcical. Believe what you will, I will believe it when the puck drops in September. Remember the past 2 years we've signed guys that have never iced (Richards and Myers) a signed Contract is nothing until the season starts...

steelers are ment to be announcing a signing tomorrow and heard from a good source that its brad voth. got to love this time of year and everyone's "reliable / Good" sources. A Tait is the signing. the one thing i learnt over the last few seasons, "don't believe the Hype" especially when it is generated on fan forums. still interesting to see what everyone predicts though, going on past performance most teams tend to bring in new blood to the league rather than signing players from other teams when it comes to imports, (well unless your the steelers who seem intent on trying to resign the double winning team of last year again)

I wonder what Woodhouse is up to next season. Who on earth is Woodhouse? You must know him Shorty - he comes from a long line of hockey players - his Dad - Annesley; his Uncle Horsley, and his brother, Mansfield! ;D

Dormish antics-went on a 7 day drinking spree and ended up breaking his nose and had alcohol poisoning I believe he had drink problems in Denmark (?) before joining Vipers too. Not really out of character from what I've heard.

Well up here all I have not heard of any issues with Domish this season & I also heard the incident in Denmark was blown out of all proportion.

I heard Bobbie Bell and Robbie Brown from Belfast to Nottingham and Coventry respectively (and i was sitting in behind them on the flight in on friday) Curtis Cruikshank to Sheffield
And i hope we get a good bench coach or a very good assistant...some one who is not afraid to shout at them/Jade so that he will actually use all the talent he has got!!!!
