Anyone got a spare they are trying to get rid of?
Due to circumstances at work I can now make this game, unfortunately it’s now sold out
Long shot but anyone looking to get rid of a ticket or two?

Well looking at the seating plan there's a fair few sold now. Could be looking at 4500 maybe. And Panthers have certainly taken note these last few days and are now going all out to drum up the support which is good to see. 👍 Intentional use of word drum? The lack of drum allowed in arena has upset some Bern fans

Three fractions all support the team but don't like each other. Arena staff have been notified and the groups have been warned they will not be allowed entry if there is any bother. Be fun to see them control that, they panic at someone standing

We probably won't see Miika... Panthers don't meet MK until 28th October. I'd rate Wiikman higher than their starter (I can't spell his name) but that's based on the annual game against Poland. I'd be interested if they stick to "injury cover" or sign him permanantly I'd have thought this would be Miika's intention to try and take #1 spot or move to #1 spot elsewhere

Just hope that if there is any fan trouble our fans do not get involved - would hate anything to spoil what has been a fantastic start to the season - and despite my moans about the Arena security I would hate for any of them to get hurt - keep the hooliganism to the football terraces and leave it out of our sedate Ice Hockey Hope so too! Hopefully a fantastic atmosphere with zero trouble would be he dream

I can't make Saturday as I'm away but I cannot wait to see the look on the stewards faces when they see all the Bern fans....they looked concerned enough with 10 scarf waving Czech's tonight! I wondered if they were going to tell them to sit down haha!

From looking at the team sheet that stef has just tweeted it would appear they are resting their top line yet again. Thought they may have gone full strength for this one after the loss last time out. That's just the team from last Saturday, there will more than likely be changes to that

I think you are spot on there. I've not seen much hype to be honest in the wider media. Don't agree with ticket prices being as high as they are though. I'd say £10 a ticket would be fair, get 5-6000 in and show Europe what we can do would be the way to go. Perhaps. I don't know if low cost tickets would have any impact or not but I've paid 19quid for mine because I know it's a big game. But for Joe Public, 19 quid against a team you've never heard of will be a put off. But if they sold it as "largest team in Europe comes to town in Champions League action" it may have helped. I don't think it's just us though. No fan base seems to take the completion seriously I honestly think it's a tough one to sell in that sense Saying it's the largest team in Europe would probably see Joe Public think oh £19 and probably going to lose Or save that and go to a Blaze/Steelers game where we could win and they know what they are going to get I do think tickets should be a tenner for this though Especially with it being holiday time etc...

I'd like to think at very least a roundup show hopefully on their freeview channel They could then plug live games on premier sports
This would give the league the free to air coverage they want (and much better coverage than front runners was)
But also allow premier sports to get some more subscribers through it

Anyone seen any word on if they will stick our game on Youtube seeing as its not the live game on thursday? Am I right in thinking that other countries can watch it via CHL's only website? If so surely someone abroad will be streaming it?

Anyone thinking of travelling down to Cardiff for this fixture be aware that Morrisons have withdrawn the offer of free parking to hockey fans. They have said they plan to enforce parking restrictions this year which will cause chaos for hockey fans at IAW. There is limited parking in the area.I'd plan to arrive at least an hour before face off. What's parking like around Cardiff? Don't mind a short walk if necessary

To be fair I'm going because I miss hockey live Normally sit silver seats but knew this would be case so bought bronze seating Will be first time I've ever sat behind the goal at home (unless it's playoffs)

It is slightly cheaper, about 5 quid off the usual price I think (at least at the top end, I don't know if all prices follow the same pattern). It's not Sheffield selling their games at a fiver a ticket though. Imagine if we had done that and pushed it a bit would be very decent size crowd tomorrow night

He thanked the city for three years as the franchise has relocated this year My misread, thank you. No worries does look like he won't resign with them though That said he signed very late last year so will be holding out for a AHL contract if he can

I think you could assume he wasn't going back when he thanked them for three great years at the end of their season . Just got to see where he's going now. He thanked the city for three years as the franchise has relocated this year

Well, the league is often decided by not many points. If you start the league season an import or two short and drop 2 points you'd have won with a full squad, then getting players in late has cost you the league. I see it season after season with Panthers and it's just massively boring and inevitable now. Just such a badly run club it's laughable - so amateur. Whilst I'd agree the league is won by a few points How many times have Panthers or any of the other teams lost to the likes of say Edinburgh midweek shortbenched in middle of season whilst being full strength themselves Don't get me wrong having a full roster would give us the best chance but you can't say we would win them points we lost Even if they are here doesn't mean they will start well take Ling & Graham's first season by end of year no doubt they were huge impact on our success but October time people wanted them gone!
